Ik zei vroeger wel eens "potgemakkelijk". Is dat eigenlijk wel een Vlaams woord? Ik vind het niet terug op Google.

I changed my old iPhone for a new model almost a month ago. I’ve tried several times to add my cards to Apple Wallet, but it always tells me to contact my bank. I called them, and they told me to wait until the end of October and try again. If it still doesn’t work, they’ll find another solution to help me add my cards.
Is it normal for this kind of thing to happen? I was able to add my parents’ (ing and crelan) bank cards to my Apple Wallet without any problems.

Is anyone else noticing this? I try to avoid Amazon but over the last couple of weeks I started noticing that Amazon deliveries are just left at our door. We live on a busy road with a lot of foot and bike traffic. No front garden. I have no issues with picking it up from a pickup point but don’t leave it on the street.

I am in a band on tour in Europe and will be getting to Brussels late one night after travel and staying overnight to play the next night. Looking for a place to stay that will be inexpensive and have stuff to do nearby, get a good impression of the city for a night and the next day after checkout until load in.
I like band related stuff obviously, metal, punk, hardcore, but might get enough of that at shows. I like historic bars and restaurants, unique regional food and drinks.

We just got a spot in our communal crèche and they are asking for both parents net salary combined. One of us gets mobility budget but towards our mortgage and one of us has a company carso it’s not technically money in our pockets. Do we include this in the calculation or leave it out?

Dear all,
I’m in the process of buying a house that is currently under construction, and I’m expected to sign the compromis/ sales agreement.
Some of the clauses and conditions in the compromis don’t seem particularly buyer-friendly, so I approached a notary to review the document before I sign it. However, the notary informed me that they do not get involved at the stage of signing the compromis.
Is this standard practice in Belgium? I was under the impression that a notary could advise buyers on the terms of a property sale before they commit to signing the agreement.
If this is not something a notary typically does, are there other professionals or organisations that can review the compromis and advise buyers on potentially unfavourable clauses, particularly when purchasing a house under construction?
I’d appreciate hearing about your experiences or recommendations, especially from anyone who has gone through a similar situation in Belgium.
Thanks in advance for your help.
