I already made a post about this but decided to make a video to somewhat show his personality. Feta is an incredible dog and I love him very much.
Feta is a loving, cuddly, goofy, curious, and happy ~15-month, pitbull mix weighing 60 pounds. He greets you in the morning with full body wiggles that are impossible to not be delighted by.
He’s potty-trained, walks well on leash (checks in often), has good recall off leash, and knows basic commands (sit, stay, paw, leave it). Very food motivated, eager to learn new training.
He’s happiest being with his people, playing with another dog, or quietly resting and chewing on a sturdy toy. Feta has done well in our home matching the play style of our older, dominant female pity and also did well in his foster home with another older, dominant female pitbull.
We’re heartbroken to have to re-home him but our older dog is too dominant to have another dog in our home.
- Can be cautious of strangers. He needs a little time to warm up to new people. Has prey drive with cats. Hasn’t been around young children. Absolutely loves to cuddle.
- Comes with a bed, leash, collar, pinch collar, electric collar for training, toys.
If you or anybody you know wants to find out more about him, take a look at our AdoptAPet page or reach out to me through direct messages :)

In the Bay Area, schools saw a smaller improvement, but higher scores than the state’s average. San Jose Unified saw slight gains in English, with a 0.72 percentage point increase to 50.5% of students meeting or exceeding grade-level expectations and a 0.3 percentage point jump in math to 42.2% of students meeting or exceeding grade-level expectations.

I was wondering have anyone taken it all the way to Walnut Creek wondering how doable it is. Also I made a video of my trip if anyone’s interested! https://youtu.be/ghdUSr_yPEY?is=RPERfukCPZP3PuoP

A record-breaking 91.6% of San Francisco homes sold above their asking price last month, driven by low inventory and intense competition in the luxury market. Single-family home prices rose 17% year-over-year to a median of $2.05 million, while the condo market also showed a modest recovery and faster turnover, according to Compass chief economist Mike Simonsen.
You can read the full analysis at San Francisco Business Times.

Are there restaurants that have unlimited dosa, idli, vada, pongal ?
I heard there are some live dosa counters but didn't find any.

It turns out that post about where the next Raising Cane's would be should have checked on the East Bay.

Hi all. I have a friend who just filed for divorce. She and her husband are trying to handle things amiably and without hiring individual divorce lawyers. They want to try doing it through private mediation. Has anyone used a mediator for a Bay Area divorce that they would recommend? Any words of wisdom as she embarks on this journey?

Feeling sad to lose these places and wondering if maybe I don’t have my finger on the pulse anymore? I used to go to Oakland secret as well and looks like they are on hiatus too. What venues are good for shows like this now?

Hi! I’m a birth and postpartum doula who recently moved to the East Bay and I’m looking to build my local referral network. I’d love recommendations for perinatal/maternal health providers, especially acupuncturists, chiropractors, pelvic floor PTs, lactation consultants, massage therapists, therapists, and other pregnancy/postpartum providers. Bonus if you’ve personally worked with them or refer clients to them.

It is a very bad look.
85 and 101 specifically because of the HOV lanes that people are driving in SPECIFICALLY TO GO QUICKER.
I saw this happen 3 times with a BMW in the carpool lane today on 85. Drive with half a mile of space, well below the speed limit, as soon as someone tried to get around them, sped up to close the distance.
That is called “small testicled behavior”. No one is trying to race you. You are just going slow.

I'm on the fence about things to check out while in the city. Is there anything different about this Uniqlo from the other locations? Or just one of those "convenient for SF residents" thing?

At least the good news is that NEW PEOPLE in Japantown (the parent organization that used to run the festival) are starting to put up new events like the Godzilla 70th anniversary one last December, as well as the movie nights with Roxie Theater. It now has a relatively new coffee shop that replaced the previous British tea place, and Animate USA is now doing monthly collab pop-ups there such as the Alien Stage one last month, and currently they are doing a Persona 30th anniversary collab event for this month.
