Other Map Opinion Wanted!!!
I recently finished: Rivergate Border Watch.(oc)(28×38)
How do you guys handle border crossings between two allied or non-hostile nations?
Do you play out the bureacracy, passports, tariffs, and contraband searches?
Do you use it for political tension, subtle espionage, or corrupt guards looking for a bribe?
Or do you usually just fast-travel through non-hostile borders unless there's a specific plot hook?
I’d love to hear how you keep a peaceful border encounter engaging without it becoming a tedious papierwork session!

Fantasy - Interior [OC] The Four Leaf Clover Inn: 4-Wing Market Tavern, 3 Floors & Basement [35x20][Free Version]
Each wing of this clover-shaped tavern is run by a different Montfort brother, with his own specific clientele. It’s the perfect place to lay low, provided you know which brother caters to the local thieves' guild and which one reports to the guard.
Download the Full Set and more: Four Leaf Clover Tavern
(Quick note for FoundryVTT GMs: I've already set up the line-of-sight walls, occlusion layers, ambient tavern sounds, and flickering hearth lights for this scene. Unlock this module (and more!) with my Patreon Lore Master tier if you want to skip all the setup work).
Hope it saves you some prep time this week! Let me know if your party ends up burning the roof!
Have a great session!

Fantasy - Interior Basement Collection, Root Cellar & Forgotten
Where does that cellar door lead? That set of stairs descending into the darkness? The first installation of my Basement Collection is designed to give you answers to those questions.
The Root Cellar (20x18, 100dpi) basement features a seemingly simple storage area and a clandestine alchemical lab. However, magical, spiritual, or chemical influences from the laboratory have seeped through the floorboards and into a nearby root system. Mutated thorny roots burst through stone walls, ripping the basement apart and exposing it to the eerie cave.
The Forgotten (17x16, 100dpi) basement may lie beneath an old theatre, an artisan's atelier, or simply an eccentric's home. At a glance it seems populated only by lifeless mannequins gathering dust, a hollow mockery of how living people might have used the space, but candles still burn in the darkness, and fungal spores have begun to overtake damp corners.

Mountain/Hills Been building a browser-based 3D mapmaker for our D&D campaigns - a few months of progress!
Posted here a few months back about a 3D mapmaker we’ve been working on for our D&D campaigns. Thought I’d share where it’s got to!
Since then we’ve added a lot more to build with. You can paint whole forests, build bridges across rivers, and stamp mountains into the terrain instead of sculpting everything by hand. Weather, seasons and lighting have come a long way too - been having a lot of fun with snowy maps and moonlit nights lately.
The goal is still the same - make building 3D maps for D&D easy enough that you can actually spend your time planning the session.
Rather than just screenshots, here’s a map you can open and explore yourself in your browser:
https://play.worldmage.com/longsword-moondance-aquarius - and now you can edit this map live yourself!
You can move around in 3D or look at it from above for a more traditional battlemap view.
A lot of the changes have come from people trying it and telling us what works and what’s a pain, so thanks to anyone here who gave feedback on the original post.
Keen to hear what you think now - could you see yourself using something like this for your sessions? What’s still missing for you as a DM or player?

Jungle/Swamp Rotlake Shore [22x17]
Access the Rotlake Shore map for free HERE.
Will you cross this oozing, stagnant pool that is said to house hidden basilisks? Venture into the Land of the Tarnished but be sure to hold your breath, for the bubbling pools release noxious vapours that would choke a careless traveller.

Jungle/Swamp Foggy Swamp - Animated Battlemap for D&D | Usable Logo Version + GIF Preview
Hey folks! Here’s my Foggy Swamp battlemap: a dead tree, thick fog, and a patch of wilderness.
It’s a pretty spooky map, so I thought Halloween season was a good excuse to share it with you. A little fog, a creepy tree… what could possibly go wrong?
I’d use this for a swamp ambush or a cursed ritual - but I also like the idea of the tree being the only dry place to camp. Very convenient. Probably fine.
I’m sharing a usable logo version alongside the GIF preview. The preview shows the animation; use the playable version for your session.
You can find the animated battlemap, static variants, and more views of the location here:
Foggy Swamp
For more locations, including high quality 4k and 8k animated maps, have a look through my Browse Maps catalogue.
Cheers!
