Matt Reeves:

Just to be clear, I am not leaving The Batman Part II. I am profoundly grateful to Steven for coming to my aid during this challenging time to help me finish principal photography. Thank you to all for your concern and well wishes.

Alex Ross draws the best Joker in my opinion.

He doesn't go for the overly grotesque Joker look and keeps him classy, worthy of the Clown Prince of Crime title. But hey that's just my opinion, what is your favourite visual depiction of The Joker?

Did a whole page this time.

Tried the suggested magenta skies.

Once again, credit to Nick Filardi for the convenient file.
Original is, of course, by Jim Lee and Scott Williams.

This is a post about how attractive I find Batman ☕ I won't lie, I'd watch his porn if I could find it???

Look at this guy, Catwoman and Talia are people with good taste, I appreciate that, AND YOU CAN'T TELL ME THIS MAN IS BAD IN BED

Lol, it's not that serious, of course, but as a girl, I actually find Batman more attractive than Nightwing and Red Hood. Thomas and Marta, my darlings, you did a great job!👏🏻

Heard good things about this one. If you haven't heard of omnibuses stay away for the sake of your wallet. This one is a custom dustjacket from Panel Bound Comics.

I've always been a Batman fan and for years that was centered around BTAS, the Arkham games and the movies. I had only formally read the killing joke, one Knightfall comic but I had known of the general lore.

Reading the Long Halloween, Dark Knight Returns and others it's always cool to see where elements of the movies got their inspiration from.

If Keaton was closer to Golden Age Batman (which he seems to be) and Kilmer/CLooney was Silver Age then is it fair to say that Bale's was closer to Dennis O'Neil's Bronze Age version? Bronze Age Batman was more well put together I think and had a James Bond vibe

The only thing giving me pause was that Batman Begins is so Year One coded, that it seems closer to post crisis than otherwise. I'm kinda thinking that he started off more like Post Crisis Batman but as the trilogy progressed he became more Bondian and heroic, moving him closer to Bronze Age

We also know that Dennis O'Neil wrote the novelizations for Batman Begins and The Dark Knight, as well as writing that digital comic set after Batman Begins where Bale's Batman travels back to the the destroyed LOS temple after he hears rumours that Ra's is alive. So O'Neil had a lot of involvement with this version of the character and spoke highly of it

Does anyone have thoughts on this?
