Since the last post about this got deleted because it contained a X screenshot, hopefully this one actually stays for comment.

You know, I get that the ads are super sexual, and that parents are concerned. Like, your kids should be able to watch baseball.

But the thing I find most offensive is that she says, “No betting on wars. Or death.” Umm, yeah, I’d rather explain sex than that.

My brain has been incorrectly processing “or death” this whole time. It sounds to me like she’s saying “or ducks,” and 1) I knew that was incorrect, but 2) betting on ducks sounds like something I could legit get into

I too can get behind duck prediction. I'll start working on an app. It'll be called "Ducks to Ducks."

I had to rewatch it over 5 times to figure out what she was saying. She pronounces it really weird, like “duths”

They say you know you have hit rock bottom when you are betting on ducks...

You'd be amazed at my many parents would rather explain war and death than sex.

It is much more unhealthy to shield your kids from the existence of death than sex.

Not the existence of death, betting on death.

So they crossed the red line by explicitly stating that things you disapprove of (betting on wars) are not allowed on their site?

They should have agreed with you silently?

If you follow the throughline of the original comment, it is pretty clear that they do not want to have to explain to children that people bet on wars and death because they happened to hear that in a random commercial while watching baseball.

Whether the company is or isn't allowing it isn't the point of issue being discussed.

Sort of bold to say that a sports betting website and I agree. Sure, it's technically the truth, but it leaves out a fuck ton of context.
