Edit: to all the people commenting that the lot looks empty: totally fair assumption based on the angle of this picture. However, this was a pretty active and busy lot (Sam’s Club). This was near the back, which is why the row beyond the truck wasn’t full. That said, the row on both sides of this guy were full in both directions, and even the far edge of the lot beyond the truck had cars parked along it. The row facing the front of his truck was also occupied, aside from the two spaces his truck was taking up and the third space next to them.

Unfortunate picture-taking on my part, I suppose. Guess I’ll have to do better next time for people to believe this isn’t just bad-faith posting.

An empty parking lot at 8pm with plenty of open spaces, but you park your truck in the fire zone and block traffic.
