DLC skin mods & BmSDK script mods.

BmSDK automatically installs if not detected

Detects already installed mods (done automatically on first launch, or manually by pressing "import from game")

Install mods by drag&drop or by using "+" button.

Automatically links Nexus metadata when installing from a zip (if this doesn't work you can set the link manually)

Automatically checks for updates from Nexus

GUI which shows suits & batmobile grids in the exact order as they appear in-game

Clicking on a grid shows useful info

You can drag suits around to reorder them

You can create & load presets (as backups, one is already created at launch)

Discussion What was your opinion on Arkham Knight's story? Spoiler

I think it's rather polarizing. I remember before I thought its story was universally disliked (I personally hated it), but on this sub I see some people argue that it was the series' strongest.

I personally think Joker, Harley, and Ivy were well done. But the Arkham Knight "twist" was the most laughably obvious thing possible (even to those who didn't watch or read any story with Jason), Scarecrow felt sidelined, and the supposedly united villains alliance from the trailers didn't really feel united at all. The story backing out on Barbara being dead also lowered the stakes for me.

Idc if City's story was messy, it was actually fun and unpredictable and had such a banger ending. That and Origins in particular had really solid narratives to me.

What did you think of the story?

Discussion What’s one Arkhamverse design that you though was a stroke of genius and one that leaves a lot to be desired?

Both of my personal choices are from Arkham Knight

Scarecrow just looks flat out awesome. I always thought the noose and syringe glove were ingenious in The New Batman Adventures and Arkham Asylum respectively, and they take both to the next level. And the sewn together face/mask…just perfect.

On the flip side, I hate the Riddler design in Arkham Knight, especially given how cool he looked in Arkham City. I get that the interpretation is that he has become so insane and obsessed that he has stopped taking care of himself, but that doesn’t mean he should not look like a presentable showman, which is more fitting of his narcissistic personality. Also that jacket makes it look like he’s gotten back from a Hawaiian vacation.

*Say

I can tolerate Catwoman having gameplay even if the open world traversal is abysmal, what I cannot stand is Catwoman having riddler trophy’s, especially the damned ones that are blocked by a Batman gadget/ability which means you have to open the path as Batman and come back as Catwoman.

With side quests and double the collectibles compared to Asylum there was just no need for Catwoman to be this involved in the 100% of the game.

Arkham City is obviously beloved, and rightly so, but what do you all hate about it whenever you go back to replay?

My alt ending of Arkham Knight (rate 0/10)

Once you exit the movie studios and talk to Oracle, you will actually get TWO options. Like in Jokers voice line, surrender to scarecrow, or let the new dynamic duo hit the streets. You will then get two options. One option would be the Canon ending, surrendering to scarecrow. The other option would be like the knightfall protocol, where you head to GCPD, but instead of the knightfall, you would surrender yourself to Joker. (With the option to. So it'd be "press X to surrender to Joker." Batman would then look at the bat signal and destroy it. Looking at the city, cutting communications with everyone and letting Joker take over. The screen goes black... then shows Gotham in absolute chaos, Tim and Gordon is dead, the GCPD is under assault again, and Batman? Batman is watching this with a smile on his face. He looks at the now destroyed city and laughs, Jokers voice emerges, "Now THIS! That's what I died for..." The screen cuts off again. Scarecrow voiceline from the airship is heard. "No more hope... No more Batman..." Then the game ends.

When you reopen the save file, everything looks normal, but the police are rarely out of GCPD, you can enter it as normal but there will be different voicelines. There will he a new skin, a Batman with purple, white, and green paint on his suit with a red bat signal, Jokers green eyes and custom Joker voice lines. But most importantly: You get the Jokermobile completely playable just like the Canon ending...

Imagine trying to stop your best friend from turning into a monster, while saving the man who murdered your parents in the process.

A situation with no turning back, and his only option was to reveal his true identity...

I really feel bad for Bruce after this.

Discussion Do you think Batman Arkham knight would’ve been considered the best overall game in the series had they put more effort into fleshing out the Knight’s backstory?

For example, if they included sections which go into what happened to him after escaping the asylum, maybe even a section where you play as Jason.

Also a much better boss fight.
