Do you main her because of her visuals, or her gameplay? I’m from Russia myself, and while I do like Zarya, she feels a bit too much like a caricature—especially her voice acting. That aside, though, the character’s concept is really cool.

I haven't played much Zarya, and I understand her main mechanic with bubble management and energy, but I don't really understand how to use her weapons effectively.

Is her beam mainly for close-range, single-target damage, while her grenades are for range and AoE? Is that right? It's just that in the Zarya videos I've watched, people mix the two firing modes in different ways, sometimes even using grenades at close range in solo target. I don't understand why, and nobody explains it in their videos.

And oh my god, managing her ammo is so difficult. Sometimes I just keep reloading over and over out of habit.

Also, my aim sucks, and not just on Zarya. I'd appreciate any advice!
