It's been literally WEEKS and we've not had any post or even seen any kind of postie.

My wife placed an order with a UK company that ships Stamps first class over 2 weeks ago and we've not even seen that yet!

The service is becoming an utter joke currently, hell I'm even starting to miss junk mail at this point 😂🙈.

Why has the government not stepped in yet and reclaimed control back, it clearly isn't working as a private company anymore and will eventually fizzle out as people lose trust (and not be able to afford the insane price increases).

Is anyone even digging into this? Doesn't really feel like it. I dread to think if anyone's "priority/tracked" post is even getting where it needs to be.

I'd like to print these scaling guides I've circled first so I can make sure the helmet itself is scaled correctly beforehand - as the helmet itself is 261mm x 329mm x 287mm and i'm sure it can be shrinked down a bit. Potentially it could be split too, to reduce print times.

I'm eager to do it locally as the scaling guides could potentially need a few attempts.

Would there be any hobbyists with a 3D printer just sitting in their garage fancy giving this a go with me?

EDIT - clearly I misjudged people, thinking that someone may be able to offer some advice, however there seems to be a lot of interest in where I was parked. It wasn't a disabled bay, and it wasn't a 3 hour blue badge restriction. It was parked entirely legally, in line with the advice on the gov.uk website, so I hope that clears that up.

It's weird that there are people focused on that, rather than the actual theft, as though somehow I'm the criminal in this situation, but I am frequently being told that I expect too much of people, which just seems to be that people are decent human beings, apparently.

So when I was on holiday a couple of weeks ago my car was broken into, and my blue badge stolen.

As I was in a different country, I had no idea. Similarly, I had no idea about the THREE tickets the parking vultures slapped on it, along with taking photos of the clearly broken into vehicle as evidence.

Obviously, I appealed the tickets, and they accepted mitigating circumstances for ONE of the tickets but not the other two. They stated that it's my responsibility to remove the vehicle, however I'm not actually a mind reader, and if the police weren't notified, how was i meant to know it needed moving? Accepting mitigating circumstances for one but not the others seems somewhat contradictory, no?

I've also had to pay to have my blue badge replaced.

On top of getting the smashed window replaced, and being unable to use my car for a week.

Can anyone give me any advice on how to get the tickets cancelled as I'll be buggered if I'm going to pay them on top of the stress the whole thing has caused. I'll happily go to court, but obviously I'd rather avoid that if possible.

I sincerely hope that whoever did this enjoys the fruits of their labour.

I'm off to Kidderminster for an appointment tomorrow at the hospital. I want to go to B&M and Smyths toys while I'm there but don't know the area and I'm using public transport. Does anyone know much about bus routes or if its walkable between them? I've tried Google but it's a bit confusing so hoping someone knows the area :) thanks

I have NHS hearing aids and I am full of respect for the NHS audiology department but what they are delivering to me doesn't work for me and I don't seem to be able to discuss what's wrong with a qualified audiologist.

So time to dig deep and pay a private practice.

I’m new to the area (since July this year) and I am absolutely LOVING Worcester.
I do however, need a decent cafe (preferably independent), where it’s not frowned upon to buy refreshments whilst sitting with my laptop and doing admin.
(I’m not a “I’ll hold up a table for two hours and buy one coffee” type of person, as I’m aware that that won’t help a small independent cafe.)
