Unsolved Error Starting Windows 10
When I turned on my PC today, the Windows logo appeared, followed by a text box saying, "The interactive logon process initialization has failed." After that, the screen stays black.
Could someone help me fix this error? I watched a few videos and tried repairing it using commands in Command Prompt, but nothing worked. I also tried resetting my PC, but I got an error.

Unsolved No sound is coming from the BENQ monitor after the Windows 10 (KB5126657) update.
I am using the Windows 10 22H2 (OS Build 19045.7807) operating system. After the KB5126657 update released on October 13, 2026, I started experiencing no sound coming from my BenQ monitor via HDMI.
Before the update, the audio was working smoothly. After the update, a red cross appeared on the sound icon in the taskbar. My BenQ monitor appears in the audio devices list and its device properties indicate it is working properly, but it produces no sound whatsoever.
To solve the problem, I uninstalled and reinstalled the AMD graphics card and audio drivers, tried different audio drivers, checked Windows audio services, and ran the DISM and SFC repair commands. Despite this, the problem persists. When I try to uninstall the update, I get the message "An error occurred; not all updates could be uninstalled successfully."
I think the problem might be related to the Windows update. Is there a known bug related to this issue or a planned fix that will be released? I request an official solution that I can implement without resetting Windows or losing my personal files.
Thanks.

I am addressing the authorities at Windows: you have no right to break a system that is currently working. I cannot upgrade to Windows 11 because my budget does not allow for it. Please provide an update for Windows 10 as soon as possible.

Unsolved Keyboard Not Working During Boot – Unable to Access BIOS on Lenovo PC
Hi everyone,
I’m having an issue with my Lenovo PC and was hoping someone here might be able to help.
My computer has a standard Lenovo motherboard, and I’m trying to reinstall Windows using a bootable USB drive. However, my keyboard doesn’t seem to work during startup, so I’m unable to press the necessary keys to enter the BIOS or boot menu.
The keyboard only starts working once Windows has fully loaded.
I’ve also tried accessing the BIOS/UEFI firmware settings through Windows Advanced Startup, but I can’t seem to find the option to enter the UEFI firmware settings.
Does anyone know what might be causing this issue or what my options are? Is there another way to access the BIOS or boot from the USB drive without using the keyboard during startup?
Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you in advance!

Unsolved Can I restore old programs from Windows.old without reinstalling them?
My Windows 10 PC was probably affected by a corrupted Windows registry after I unplugged the power supply too quickly. After that, Windows could no longer start properly. I tried to repair the system, but eventually I got a message saying that the registry file was corrupted or missing. Unfortunately, I couldn't find any backup copy of the registry either.
In the end, I had no choice but to reinstall Windows 10. Now my old system and its files are located in the "C:\Windows.old" folder.
My main problem is that I want to recover some older programs that I've been using for about 13 years. Unfortunately, I no longer have their original installation files, and I don't know whether I can still download them anywhere.
Is there any way to restore these programs from Windows.old so that they work normally again? For example, could I copy the old program folders and their associated application data, or transfer certain files from the previous Windows installation?
I understand that some programs might not work after reinstalling Windows because of missing registry entries or other system files. Nevertheless, I'd really like to know if there's a way to get these old programs running again.
Does anyone have experience with this or know which files and folders I should preserve and how I should proceed?
I'd really appreciate any help!

Unsolved как установить Windows 10?
0x8007025D
Unexpected error (точный код ошибки не знаю)
можно ли как то это решить? или нету смысла уже пытаться что то делать?

Unsolved somehow disabled my laptop camera deep in the settings, and now I can't turn it back on 😭
Okay, so this is a bit embarrassing, but hear me out. 😭
Back when I was using the (previous one) and attending online classes, I was really skeptical about my laptop camera. I kept worrying about things like, "What if my camera turns on automatically without me knowing?"
So, one day, I went DEEP into my laptop's settings and did something to disable the camera. I don't remember exactly what I changed, but I remember that it wasn't coding or anything like that. I was just messing around with the settings, trying to make sure my camera couldn't turn on accidentally.
And now, here's the funny part: I've completely forgotten what I did. 💀
I'm currently using Windows 11, and I actually want to use my camera now, but it just doesn't work.
When I open the Camera app and try to turn the camera on, the indicator light comes on, but there's no video feed. It's almost as if the camera is being blocked internally by some setting.
I've checked a few things, but I still can't figure it out. Since I made the original change back when I was using (the previous one), I'm wondering if I changed something deep in the system that carried over when I switched to Windows 11.
My questions are:
Is there a (the previous one) setting that could completely disable the camera like this?
Could a privacy setting, Device Manager configuration, Group Policy, or something else be responsible?
Is there a way to find out if the camera is disabled somewhere in the system and re-enable it?
I know this sounds ridiculous because I'm the one who disabled it in the first place, but I genuinely cannot remember what I did. 😭
I'd really appreciate any suggestions. I just want my camera back!
Laptop: Lenovo IdeaPad
Current OS: Windows 11
OS I was using when I disabled the camera: (the previous one)
Thanks in advance! 🙏

Unsolved I believe my files may be corrupt on windows and i’m unable to repair them.
I was playing Overwatch when my PC suddenly froze completely, with the audio getting stuck in a short, repeating loop. I couldn’t move my mouse, use my keyboard, or restart or shut down the system normally. The only way to get it to turn off was to use the physical power switch on the back of the PC.
After turning it back on, I tried launching Overwatch again, but my performance had dropped to around 8 FPS, and the graphics looked extremely low quality. I checked Windows Advanced Display Settings and noticed that it was reporting that variable refresh rate was not supported by my monitor, even though my monitor supports it. Before this happened, I was consistently getting around 240 FPS in Overwatch and other games.
I’ve since contacted multiple Microsoft Support representatives, but none of their troubleshooting attempts have resolved the issue. They’ve repeatedly tried repairing Windows system files, but the process gets stuck at 46% every time. I was instructed to wait, and even after leaving it for over an hour, my PC eventually restarted on its own. It then displayed a black screen with the message, “Your PC ran into some problems and needs a restart. We’ll restart for you.” This led to hours of repeated restarts and error screens before eventually reaching a blue screen of death (BSOD).
I was eventually able to restore my PC to an earlier restore point that I had created some time ago, but I’m still unsure what caused the original crash or how to prevent it from happening again.
I’m looking for help properly diagnosing the underlying issue rather than repeatedly attempting Windows repairs that don’t seem to work. I’m not sure whether this is related to my GPU or graphics drivers, Windows corruption, hardware failure, or something else entirely. Any advice on how to identify the root cause and safely get my PC back to its normal performance would be greatly appreciated.

Unsolved Management of Trusted Platform Management on Windows

I am right now experimenting with the TPM on windows and its management. I have encountered multiple problems, on Windows 10 an 11 where the documentation just seems to be flat-out wrong or I am to stupid. I have used `Initialize-Tpm` but the issue is also consistent when using the auto provisioning.
Problem 1:
\- Setting `OSManagedAuthLevel` in the Registry path `Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\TPM` to 0, the resetting the TPM will still save an `OwnerAuthFull` and `LockoutHash` value in `Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\TPM\WMI\Admin`
Problem 2:
\- I wanted to write a custom CLI which uses raw commands to interact with the TPM, as it gives me more controll over what I want to do than the built in windows commands/APIs, using either `OwnerAuthFull` or `LockoutHash` fails with an auth error and locks the TPM. Calling the Cmdlet `Unblock-Tpm -OwnerAuthorization` with either `OwnerAuthFull` or `LockoutHash` fails, even though it should not according to the examples and documentation provided by Microsoft.
Screenshot of stored values and `Get-Tpm` are provided.
If any of you have experience with this I would greatly appreciate the help. Maybe I am overlocking something massive.

Link to the docs:
\- [TPM Group Policy settings | Microsoft Learn](https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/security/hardware-security/tpm/trusted-platform-module-services-group-policy-settings) OwnerAuth should be deleted
\- [Unblock-Tpm (TrustedPlatformModule) | Microsoft Learn](https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/powershell/module/trustedplatformmodule/unblock-tpm?view=windowsserver2019-ps) Lockout should be resetted

Unsolved Keyboard not working while fixing an issue in Windows 10
Sorry if my english sucks but i am genuinely tired of trying to fix this.
.
.
.
So I was trying to fix code 39 on my Nvidia GeForce GT 730 on Windows 10. I spent about 2 whole hours trying to fix this stupid code 39 but nothing works. So, I decided to search reddit and hope that i find a solution to this, and I thought I did. It was a post by a user on r/pcmasterrace with a similar issue(code 39) but on his keyboard (mine was on display adapters). Someone commented a possible solution for the keyboard issue and I thought "Why don't i try that out?". Basically the entire solution is this:
Open the Registry Editor:
\* Press \`Windows + R\`, type regedit, and press Enter.
Navigate to the Keyboard Driver Registry Entries:
\* Go to: \`HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\\SYSTEM\\CurrentControlSet\\Control\\Class\\{4D36E96B-E325-11CE-BFC1-08002BE10318}\`
Delete UpperFilters and LowerFilters Entries:
\* In the right pane, if you see UpperFilters or LowerFilters entries, right-click and delete them. (If neither is present, skip this step.)
Close the Registry Editor and Restart:
\* Close the Registry Editor and restart your laptop.
Now, you would be asking, "And why would I follow this?". Well, it's stupid of me to do it but every other solutions I found does not work, ive seen others use regedit to fix code 39 and somehow worked for them so I thought it would work for me too, and i was on the verge on losing my mind because im trying to fix this issue for basically 2 days now. After doing all the steps, i restarted my pc, and suddenly i cant type my password anymore. I tested it on a Bluetooth keyboard and my built-in keyboard but got no luck. Is there any way to fix my keyboard again so i can atleast try to fix code 39? And also, please if you have a working solution for code 39, please include that too.

Unsolved Can't reach login screen on dual boot PC
This evening I tried to boot into the Windows partition on my dual boot PC.
Instead of being able to press the return key to progress to the login from the welcome message that shows first, nothing happened. Initially, I thought the batteries in my keyboard were flat, so I changed them, and nothing changed. I plugged in a wired keyboard, and still no joy.
I am still able to boot the Linux partition, but all drives are now showing as read only, so there's not a lot I can do there. The keyboard is also working properly.
Windows was working fine this morning, and I've been using Linux most of the afternoon to watch television.
There are no error codes showing, it just isn't working.
My PC has 16GB of RAM and 2 NVME drives, a 512GB partitioned into Windows, Linux, game installations and two download drives. The other drive is a 1TB drive for music.
Hibernation and quick boot were turned off months ago.
As I have a working laptop running windows, if I just delete the Windows partition, is it more likely to solve the problem with accessing my files on Linux or make it worse?
