I have this text from YouTube:

OMG, I can't stand that argument!!! I was born in Russia and I'm sick of hearing claims that Russians don't revolt against Putin because "they have dictatorship in their blood", when the reality is simply that elections are being blatantly falsified and even anti-war posters have gotten people jailed in the past years. No one is ever genetically hardwired for living under dictatorships, it's just circumstances are much more complicated than people in western countries may think. :( "
And I totally disagree with it. Russians don't revolt against Putin either because
a) majority likes him
b) majority is afraid
So if we take that as an axiom, we should decide what is a Russian? For example, in France you're french if you have the passport. In Israel it's different. In Japan it's different. So unless you have all your haplo groups listed in your e-id there's no way to seriously put you in a set called "Nation X". But then again it makes me a national constructivist which I think I'm not.
