LIFUP (Low-Intensity Focused Ultrasound Pulsation)
Does anyone know if research trials are currently being undertaken using Low Intensity Focused Ultrasound Pulsation to modulate neural activity here in Perth at UWA?The process uses non invasive ultrasound technology on people the same way ECT (electro convulsive therapy) is used to reduce the symptoms of depression, bipolar or other severe mental health conditions. People affected by Parkinson’s or stroke can also be treated using this new technology. Any information would be greatly appreciated.

Have WA driving tests become stricter, or have I just had a bad run with assessors?
