Paul's Steak House: West Olean NY
Very popular way back in the day, especially in the 60s. Unfortunately burnt down in 1976

My dad told me they used to go here in college for some good Jewish food. Get ya a cream cheese and jelly sandwich. Got those occasionally in my school lunches.

Includes passenger information as well as menus. Unknown if this is just a dining car menu, or a booklet available to passengers elsewhere on the train.
The transparent pages are some type of thin plastic sheets, and their wrinkles seem to be their material degrading rather than water damage, given that the other pages seem to be fine.

Credit to SNCF for the menu and my fingers for their cameo appearance.
Food service was provided by CIWL (Compagnie Internationale des Wagons-Lits), owners and operators of sleeping cars, dining cars, and trains like the Orient Express throughout much of the 20th century.
'Le Bar' on SNCF generally refers to the counter-service food option; I believe TGV food service is still branded as such.

Was right near Yankee Stadium. Not sure of the exact date that this menu is from. Restaurant closed in the mid-70’s. Best guess is that this is from the late 50’s to 60’s.
