I've beaten the game, please tell me anything that I might have missed or give me tips for my second run Spoiler
Edit: Info about my run. My weapon was the scythe: all in on damage, no blood absorption at all (no clue if this was a good idea). I maxed out hp and stamina. I only had base skills iirc they were so expensive to upgrade. Skills: blood shield, blood spear, spring, ultimate is the shadow one
I got this game for free on epic and just let it rot there for five years! I want to say thanks to my friend that has recently bought this game, he has inspired me to play it. I also want to thank Banishers: Ghosts of New Eden for introducing Don't nod to me.
I did pacifist on hard mode, it was incredibly difficult. Time to beat says it's supposed to be 20-30 hours but it took me 40! holy moly. it's because I've been running around the map so much inefficiently
The hardest boss fight for me was McCullum, he gets me in 2 hits. and this is where I've learned that dying doesn't give the syringes back.
The one moment that made me give up and look up stuff for help is the insulin. I was level 22 and the enemies in the morgue were level 35, they kill me really fast. I managed to murder the 2 crossbow, 1 gunner, 2 melee, 1 priest guy in the area then the next tight room I've entered had a brawler and another priest guy that killed me, and the game made everyone respawn again wtf?!! I looked it up and apparently I didnt even have to go down the basement since O just didnt use my eyes missing the insulin or the quest objective up top so wth that was 1.5h of pain
I love replaying games to see the different outcomes for myself but the lack of manual saving might make me crazy, I feel like doing something wrong will just annoy me and make me delete that save so for now I'll just watch the other endings on youtube, I cant wait to know a lot more about the lore. I did start over another save file on hard, i will do pacifist again because although it was frustrating, i wont deny how fun it is. i want to see how fast i can do it since now i'm aware of how the crafting mechanics work and stuff, and i also want to try other weapons and skills.
Please if you have tips for my second run, or if you have any obscure lore that you think I might have missed, let me know! Also evil run will be my third run, for sure.
