Hey everyone! My friend submitted an important assignment, but she did it on Google Docs instead of Word (which wasn't allowed per professor request I guess), so she got a 0 on the assignment. This dropped her grade down from an 80 to a 60, and the only way she could pass the class is if she got a 100 on the midterm (even then it's a low C).

The professor refuses to recheck her assignment. I've seen the messages too, they're very informal- no capitalization and one sentence long, despite my friend trying to be very professional. Honestly, the whole thing seems extremely harsh and unprofessional on the professor's side- my friend is 18 and this is her first semester. She's taking it really hard.

I was wondering if this would be grounds to report, or if she should just take the loss. Thanks!

Absolutely fucking annoyed with advising, why do I need to wait 2 full weeks for an advising meeting that would take me 5 minutes to get through. It's very annoying, I think they should have a system that allows you to come in person on campus any day of the week and wait if they are busy, having to wait 14 days for a meeting that you could get the answer to a simple question. They seriously cannot be that busy that they need 2 full weeks to prepare to meet you right? Maybe it's just me but it's very annoying.

I'm planning on getting a scooter and they're not allowed in dorms, or any other building for that matter, but how am I supposed to charge it?

Are the charging stations outside orrrr ?
