Hello, and welcome to this month’s boosting thread!
First and foremost, start by reading the comments to see if another Redditor has requested some help. If that’s the case, reach out and get a session organized! This will help lower the number of comment threads all revolving around the same game.
If nobody has requested help for your game, feel free to make a comment. We’d like for you to include in your comment the name of the game/trophy you’re boosting, how many players you’re looking for, what time zone you’re in, and a preferable way for reaching out to organize a boosting session. Our hope is that by having you coordinate in PM’s or some other fashion, this will sidestep a lot of scrolling people will have to do in order to find a boosting group.
Finally, if you manage to fill a group, please edit your comment to say “Group Full”. That way, someone else can create a new boosting thread if necessary.
We want everybody who needs help to receive it, and we can ensure that by eliminating coordinating comment threads and keeping things nice and tidy. Please be mindful, and understand that boosting threads are first come first serve.
On that note, good luck, and happy hunting!

Hey all! I've been getting a bunch of mod mail lately about people not being able to edit user flair. Upon doing a little digging, it seems like there was some update to the app that broke this feature for a lot of people. It allows you to pick a flair from a list, but doesn't allow you to edit the one you choose. I have verified that the problem is within the Reddit app, not the r/trophies sub. Until they fix the issue, everyone will need to use a browser / PC if they want to edit their flair. Below is a list of steps on how to edit flair in a browser:
Go to the sub's home page.

Why do you collect trophies?
What do you get out of the experience?
What's in it for you?

This game might look like shovelware but don’t be deceived by its cute look. The trophy for evolving 10 watermelons is absolutely brutal. After more than two months of the game being out on PS5, only 2 people on PSNP managed to get the plat.
The goal is to build two watermelons and make them touch and to do that you have to master the game to an insane degree, use pro player strategies AND get extremely lucky because this game is RNG based.
Getting my first double watermelon took me around 120 hours of attempts. Just that alone would make this a 10/10 difficulty platinum but you have to do it TEN times.
So yeah if you’re a fan of really hard platinums like me you should give this one a try but otherwise stay away from this plat.
Edit: Also shoutout to my friend u/Supersonic564 for introducing me to this game, supporting me in this journey and even helping me get my first double watermelon, shoutout to TriforceTK, a streamer and a pro Suika player whose videos really helped me in understanding the strategies and finally shoutout to ShijouLime, the trophy hunter I was competing with for the first achiever of this platinum which made it even more exciting.

After 93 hours, I have finally gotten that platinum! I had so much fun with this game, would recommend for anyone new to souls games, very accessible with the amount of items and spells/incants.

My only gripe is that 100% is far too demanding, legitimately impossible without following every single step of a guide. But it's still a great game with extremely engaging combat and a solid follow-up story to X.

A few months ago I made it a goal to get the platinum trophy for GTA V and RDR2. I have now achieved that goal. I am READY FOR GTA VI

Absolute masterpiece of a game. Took me 41 hours to get the platinum.
My few tips if you're going for platinum to save time:
Do the girlfriend side missions as soon as you unlock them by calling them on your phone. Each girlfriend mission unlocks a set of collectibles on the mini map like shrines and lockboxes, making it super easy to get them all.
After completing Club Bam Bam you unlock Tran vehicle delivery missions, and can start them by calling him on your phone. After about the first 5 these start paying out BIG money, the largest sum I got was 600K from a luxury limo. You will need lots of money to buy all clothes and vehicles in the game, and you will to complete all 20 of his delivery missions for 100% anyway.
I did this on a PS5 Pro and experienced some crashes, so make sure to SAVE YOUR GAME after every few missions or so because your autosave may get corrupted, if your game crashes. I followed a guide on how to reduce crashes on PS5 by a guy named AussieKnuckles on YT which seemed to have helped.
Uhhh yeah that's about it. Shame this will never get a sequel!

It was such a good time coming back to this this series since I played the first game almost a year ago. Can't wait to jump into Cat Quest 3 at some point.

Well, i might be a little late to the party. But i probably just played an RPG which took me back to the core of what i experienced during the Ps1 RPG era.
I completed it for the first time in januari though, but i screwed my savefile up. Instead of starting a NG+ i started a fresh one and overwrite my savefile.
It turned out to be a good mistake as i got a new and complete from scratch to Platinum playthrough.
Goodbye my precious party, may we ever meet again. ❤️

forgot to post this a while ago but dmc 1-5 are finally done.
i enjoyed this one a lot. nero being my favorite. trish close second. dante was probably the worst for me, not cause hes hard but he just never clicked.
i must say this platinum was significantly easier than all the others ive done. (haven't done reboot so we'll exclude that).
i used lady and trish majority of the plat experience, wasnt so bad. some missions like m6 or m14 can be a real pain in the ass but it's not terrible.
bloody palace was also way easier than i thought it'd be, (fk stage 85 w/ trish). but other than that i enjoyed this.
game 8/10. plat experience 7/10. if anyone is gonna try this i think youll have a lot of fun

This is a game I very much enjoyed, I’m a single player gamer and normally like serious RPG’s but now and again I like to come away and play more fun games and this was one. I like the story of this GOTG game, a good take on that team together and if honest I also liked the Avengers game as well, great story if not a bit repetitive. This one had more variety…better game. I completed it a while ago and came back to it to get platinum seeing it would be my 49th and didn’t need a ton of time to clean up. 36 hours total to get platinum….worth it! :)
The big 50 next, would welcome some recommendations for a game worthy of that title!

I have played and platinumed almost all souls-like games but have never enjoyed any like this. The bosses were tough the first time around but on NG+ and further they were a cake walk. MUSTPLAY 10/10

This is a super old game, I remember having the PSP version as a kid and getting scared by the bloody opening scene, so I never finished it then, also kept dying because I sucked at games as a kid.
However returned now as an adult with the HD version and enjoyed the game. The story went over my head, the ending was tragic and a lot of things left completely unexplained.
I did all the expert trials in the first playthrough and many of the tasks but missed out on most of the character events as a result.
Apparently you need a second playthrough to unlock the what if ending and also see new NG+ scenes. Although not needed for trophies, I enjoyed the gameplay and liked Class Zero enough to see the rest of the character events I missed, fill out the Rubicus and unlock the alternative ending.
The game was kind of hard… in that you can’t really revive like usual. In the last dungeon everyone died along the way, the AI simply killed my characters but I managed to survive and beat the last bit before the final boss with only Trey standing.
The trophy list was too simple though, especially since there are a lot of other things that can be done in this game but no trophies for those.

Finally got the Platinum trophy in Ace Combat 8!
I really enjoyed my time with this game, and it’s actually the first Ace Combat title I’ve ever completed to 100%. I’ve played other entries in the series before, but this was the first one that motivated me to go for the Platinum.
Overall, the trophy list was pretty manageable. Even getting S ranks on the highest difficulty, ACE, wasn’t nearly as difficult as I expected. Sure, a few missions were quite challenging, but nothing that felt impossible with a bit of practice.
The biggest downside was definitely the MRP grind. The trophy for earning 25 million MRP took me the longest by far. You’ll probably have to play through the campaign three or four times to get there, unless you specifically farm certain missions. I looked for the most efficient missions to replay, but doing the same ones over and over again eventually became pretty tedious. Being able to earn MRP in multiplayer would have made this grind so much more enjoyable, but unfortunately, that’s not an option.
Another slightly frustrating part was hunting down all the enemy aces. Some of them have pretty specific requirements to spawn, and figuring out how to trigger them can be a bit of a hassle. In some cases, going after an ace made the mission drag on so long that I struggled to achieve an S rank afterward.
Despite these frustrations, I had a great time with Ace Combat 8. The gameplay was a lot of fun, and going for the Platinum was a really cool experience overall. The 25 million MRP trophy definitely overstayed its welcome, but it didn’t ruin my enjoyment of the game.
Definitely a great experience for my first Ace Combat Platinum.

Just unlocked the platinum for Batman: Arkham Asylum! Mamma mia, what a ride. The game holds up remarkably well, but let's be honest, those Combat Challenges are an absolute beast.
Arkham Asylum is still the gold standard for superhero video games. The atmosphere inside the asylum is thick, the combat is fluid and rhythmic, and the Metroidvania-style exploration makes tracking down Riddler trophies genuinely fun instead of tedious. It completely nailed the feeling of being the Batman.
While the story mode on Hard and the Predator challenges are a blast, those Combat Challenges are a true test of patience. Most of them are great, but Shock and Awe (Extreme), that penultimate fighting challenge with the electric floor, nearly broke me. I spent days banging my head against the wall: half an hour one day, an hour the next, chipping away at it until it finally clicked. Maintaining the combo multiplier while dodging electrified hazards and stun batons is pure agony.
An absolute classic and a deeply rewarding platinum. If you can push through the frustration of the combat challenges, earning that final trophy feels incredible.
On to the next one, Batman: Arkham City.
