  • Hi everyone,
  • Today marks the start of my 8th month on hormone therapy.
  • ~For the first 3 months, I used 25 mg of Androcur daily, along with 1 mg of Estrogel applied to the scrotum in the morning and another 1 mg in the evening.
  • ~For the following 4 months, I took 12.5 mg of Androcur daily, while continuing with the same Estrogel regimen (a total of 2 mg daily, applied to the scrotum).
  • ~For the past month, my current regimen has consisted of 12.5 mg of CPA (Androcur) daily, 2 mg of Estrogel applied to the scrotum (split between morning and evening), and an additional 200 mg of oral progesterone.
  • Over this last month, thanks to the progesterone, my bust measurement has increased by 2 cm. Upper bust: 97 cm Underbust: 85 cm There is a 12 cm difference; according to the European sizing system, I am currently between an 80A and an 80B cup, and I’m so happy about that! However, for the last two weeks, my libido has spiked, and I’ve noticed an increase in semen volume, as well as more oily skin. I’ll be getting blood work done next week. Could the progesterone be causing an increase in DHT? I’m a bit worried, but at the same time, I’ve definitely felt growth and increased fullness over the past month. Do you think I’m on the right track? I’d appreciate your thoughts! ♥️

Hi, hi!

Hard to believe it has already been two years on HRT. I’m in love with my progress and I’m so excited for the next year will bring. Also, it’s my birthday!🎉

First three photos are from today, then 1 year, then 6 months when I started documenting, and finally pre-HRT. .

Started HRT at 37.

My HRT regimen, which I’ve been on from the start, is EV IM, 4mg/4days.

Introduced once per day 100mg suppository progesterone at 16 months. Switched to 200mg Progesterone at 22 months.

Med details:

Delesteogen (estradiol valerate injection, USP) 50 mg/5 mL (10 mg/mL)

200 mg progesterone.

Old Regimen:

2ish years of oral E monotherapy- increasing the dosage over that time but can’t remember what the numbers were exactly. But I never had great levels and I ended up switching doctors who put me on my current regimen.

Current Regimen (for the past 1.7 years):

- Estrogen Valerate Injection: 0.25 ml of 20 mg/ml vial (1/week)

- Oral Progesterone: 1 200 mg capsule (1/night) - I tried a suppository route for 2 months over the summer as I saw some recommendations of that on this subreddit but it made me cry all the time, feel a bit depressed, and made me super bloated so I ended up switching back!

This is 11 months on hrt, how am I doing? I started with 4 pumps estrogel at age 33 on November 14th 2025. I then applied 2 pumps morning and night, scrotum and inner thigh. This was increased to 6 pumps in May 2026, the additional pumps applied to arm. 200mg oral progesterone was added then as well. Finasteride 0.25mg every morning was started in October 2025.

I try to apply the gel as thinly as possible.

Underbust 98cm, bust 112cm. 14cm difference. That's about 2-3cm difference more after starting progesterone.

I realize it might just be the continued growth from E alone, kinda impossible to know. But progress nonetheless!

First of all thank you to anyone who left supportive comments on my last post, these last few months have been hell on earth for me so that really means the world! (plz don’t say mean shit i have enough negative energy rn 🫶)

After being ignored by my GAC for months I finally went and brought my concerns about my breasts up to my primary care doctor. 2 months ago i had a biopsy done on my left breast because of the softball sized mass in my left breast. I was diagnosed with benign gynecomastia. After i got my diagnosis I stopped taking Estrogen orally and started taking Estradiol Valerate (20mg once every 2 weeks) Ever since starting injections the mass has gotten more and more jello like in texture but it’s still just a saggy gross piece of skin.

Finding a surgeon who will be able to help reconstruct my breasts and who will take my insurance has been insanely hard. Because my diagnosis has the word gynecomastia insurance will not cover the reconstruction of my breast.

I’m so emotionally drained because of this whole process, I feel disgusting I can’t take my bra off around my own girlfriend because i feel so horrendous. My nipple on my left breast can’t be outside of my bra for too long or it starts to get sore because of how sensitive it is.

I’m currently working with my primary care physician to get a referral to another surgeon who should be able to help me, but the referral keeps getting lost. I feel like I have bad luck with doctors and I feel so hopeless.

Manifesting perfect boobs for my future. (sry for this long winded post)

(2 50mg spiro a day, and 1 100mg progesterone, 20mg Estradiol Valerate every other week)
