CPA + E2 gel + P4 8 month on Estrogen , 1 month progesterone :) NSFW

  • Hi everyone,
  • Today marks the start of my 8th month on hormone therapy.
  • ~For the first 3 months, I used 25 mg of Androcur daily, along with 1 mg of Estrogel applied to the scrotum in the morning and another 1 mg in the evening.
  • ~For the following 4 months, I took 12.5 mg of Androcur daily, while continuing with the same Estrogel regimen (a total of 2 mg daily, applied to the scrotum).
  • ~For the past month, my current regimen has consisted of 12.5 mg of CPA (Androcur) daily, 2 mg of Estrogel applied to the scrotum (split between morning and evening), and an additional 200 mg of oral progesterone.
  • Over this last month, thanks to the progesterone, my bust measurement has increased by 2 cm. Upper bust: 97 cm Underbust: 85 cm There is a 12 cm difference; according to the European sizing system, I am currently between an 80A and an 80B cup, and I’m so happy about that! However, for the last two weeks, my libido has spiked, and I’ve noticed an increase in semen volume, as well as more oily skin. I’ll be getting blood work done next week. Could the progesterone be causing an increase in DHT? I’m a bit worried, but at the same time, I’ve definitely felt growth and increased fullness over the past month. Do you think I’m on the right track? I’d appreciate your thoughts! ♥️

Hi, hi!

Hard to believe it has already been two years on HRT. I’m in love with my progress and I’m so excited for the next year will bring. Also, it’s my birthday!🎉

First three photos are from today, then 1 year, then 6 months when I started documenting, and finally pre-HRT. .

Started HRT at 37.

My HRT regimen, which I’ve been on from the start, is EV IM, 4mg/4days.

Introduced once per day 100mg suppository progesterone at 16 months. Switched to 200mg Progesterone at 22 months.

Med details:

Delesteogen (estradiol valerate injection, USP) 50 mg/5 mL (10 mg/mL)

200 mg progesterone.

This is 11 months on hrt, how am I doing? I started with 4 pumps estrogel at age 33 on November 14th 2025. I then applied 2 pumps morning and night, scrotum and inner thigh. This was increased to 6 pumps in May 2026, the additional pumps applied to arm. 200mg oral progesterone was added then as well. Finasteride 0.25mg every morning was started in October 2025.

I try to apply the gel as thinly as possible.

Underbust 98cm, bust 112cm. 14cm difference. That's about 2-3cm difference more after starting progesterone.

I realize it might just be the continued growth from E alone, kinda impossible to know. But progress nonetheless!

P4 (oral) + E2 injections Almost 4 years of HRT! Never ended up getting tons of growth (only made it to A cup 😭) but hoping they look okay! NSFW

Old Regimen:

2ish years of oral E monotherapy- increasing the dosage over that time but can’t remember what the numbers were exactly. But I never had great levels and I ended up switching doctors who put me on my current regimen.

Current Regimen (for the past 1.7 years):

- Estrogen Valerate Injection: 0.25 ml of 20 mg/ml vial (1/week)

- Oral Progesterone: 1 200 mg capsule (1/night) - I tried a suppository route for 2 months over the summer as I saw some recommendations of that on this subreddit but it made me cry all the time, feel a bit depressed, and made me super bloated so I ended up switching back!

I have been injecting estradiol valerate twice weekly from the start (0.12 units). Prog orally (200mg) from the start. Switched to boofing 200mg prog 1.5 months ago. Estradiol was 850 pg/ml for months and 2 months ago I got it down to 250 pg/ml to hopefully re-sensitize my receptors. Food restriction most of my transition; started eating normally 3 months ago. Orchiectomy in March 2026. Hoping for more growth especially in the areolae/nipples. Im really struggling with feeling like my boobs aren't pretty.

Nipples are still often really double mounded but they also have been blending into the rest of the breast contour a lot better more often (still very temperamental)

orchi/SRS + sublingual E2 + P4 Halloween 🎃 will be 4 years on HRT : ) NSFW

Hey Y'all,

I'm 40 years old, started at 36. I'm like 5'7, 155#.. 36C bras fit comfortably now. One year post orchiectomy.

I swallow a 200mg progesterone capsule every night. 🥰 Dosing sublingual estrodial 4X per day or roughly every 6 hours.. So my E levels go from like 180 pg/ml at trough, up to over 1,000 pg/ml at peak multiple times per day.

Most of my growth hit in the first 2.5 years.. Progesterone definitely helped me to get more curvy, it also helps my mood and sleep cycles.

I was 3 years in when I had the orchiectomy. I really feel like it "unlocked" the next level of HRT for me. My T levels naturally stay around 25 now since castration. I was able to cut my estrogen doses almost to half after surgery.

I didn't realize how different I would feel after getting that surgery. My body and mind have also continued evolving over the past year as well.. Body getting softer and more curvy with time.

I've been dosing sublingual estrodial multiple times per day from the start. I just take less since orchi. I was monotherapy with E and prog..

I never liked the pills, but I don't mess with needles.. and I had trouble with patches and gels... So I use E raws dissolved in everclear, dosed volumetrically in drops.. works similar to pills but faster, cleaner, and more effective. 4 years DIY now with multiple bloods to verify. I actually go to the doctor too.. (Mostly for the progesterone capsules.)

If I'm using those blue 2mg melty E pills, I'm dosing 4 of those per day.. One roughly every 6 hours sublingually. But I prefer the raws in everclear. Have fun and be safe!

I'm finally learning to love myself : )

HRT + BA 3y10m Spiro+E2 vs 800cc Breast Augmentation NSFW

Today marks 4 years of HRT so here's an update! I spent 3y10 on 200mg daily Spironolactone and 4mg daily Estrace taken buccaly. I took progesterone 100 mg or 200mg for approximately a year but haven't been able to afford it recently. I was unhappy with my results and did not have much faith in my development improving so I applied for OHIP coverage (Ontario Canada) for breast augmentation and I was granted the extremely rare coverage at 1y10m. I did continue to develop and actually developed more in year 3 than year 1 and 2 combined. I posted a previous timeline with yearly updates up to my last photo before surgery in this timeline post here: https://www.reddit.com/r/TransBreastTimelines/s/ROjMyNRAW5

It took fully 2 years to actually get to a surgeon after my first clinic wasted 19 months of my time and rejected me for their misinterpretation of the coverage requirements. I arranged my breast augmentation finally at GRS Montreal with Dr Shine. We discussed sizing and he suggested 500-600 cc under the muscle, I asked for 800cc and he approved. Surgery went well and I'm now ~8 weeks post-op and expecting drop and fluff to occur slowly over the next 3-10 months. Feel free to AMA and I will keep posting updates as development continues here and in the transgender surgery subs.

P4 (oral) + E2 injections Before / After - 2.5 Years NSFW

Disclaimer: English is not my first language.

The dosing and method of delivery of E2 has changed numerous times over the last 2.5 years. I started HRT 4 years ago, however, due to circumstances have stopped HRT for stretches of time, an untold number of times.

I first started with estradiol valerate (delivered via IM) and spironolactone. Then I switched to just estradiol valerate (delivered via IM). Then I switched to just estradiol cypionate (delivered via IM). After nearly a year of being continuously on E2, I incorporated progesterone (via tablets taken orally), but stopped after about a week or two due to what I perceived to be side effects (depressive symptoms and suboptimal cognitive effects) from progesterone. In hindsight, there were other variables back then that instead could have been the cause for the what I thought were side effects of progesterone. For that reason until ~1.5 months ago I decided to give progesterone another go — and it’s been truly the smoothest sail, and has made everything in my life (broadly).

After the passing of more time I switched to just estradiol cypionate (delivered via SC) — which is what I’ve been on since.

My regimen currently consists of solely E2 delivered via SC injection of 1.3 mg every 3 days… which totals 3.03 mg per 7 days. The concentration of the vial is 5 mg/mL.

About 1.5 months ago, began progesterone (2) 100 mg capsules nightly.

Current Age: 28 Age Started: 24 Height: 5’8” Weight: just under 150 lbs
