Characters Unique Reloads

Just characters with unique reloads. That's it.

Equilibrium: Clerics wrist mags

Various games - Iraqi Reload: A few games have this reload, including Call of Duty and The Finals. I would've put The Finals version here but I couldn't find a gif of it.

Battlefield Hardline - Various reloads: Various guns have a chance for a unique reload, these are two of my favorites.

Battlefield 1 - Double Barrel: The sawed off has a chance to mimic the reload from the Classic Doom double barel reload

Borderlands, where you just throw the empty gun and it explodes

Sometimes throwing them doesn't make them explode but they grow legs and run around as a little turret

that wasn't a thing until the third game and it was such a great addition

Third game got shit on a lot but it had some good additions to the gameplay

The story and villains were so fucking dumb, but the gunplay is the tightest it's ever been. Borderlands 2 was fun, but the weapons just didn't feel... punchy

It's because the weapons are guns and they needed to feel shooty, not boxing gloves, those would be more punchy.

BL3 is the best in the franchise in everything except story. BL4 was cool too, and had some nice additions, but I didn't really care for the open world and the new gun manufacturers were awful so less usable guns IMO.

I somehow did not know 4 existed until months after it came out

It got awful reviews and word of mouth: justifiably, because it ran like a rusty car. Even top end PCs were struggling. Console versions were better, but still had massive optimization and menu problems. And the DLC--normally a highlight of blands--was mid.

BL4 really could've been a fantastic game. But the lack of optimization and the weak end game were pretty serious misfire.

The end-game was not that bad, but should have been better than a 3x2 boss preceded by a fakeout defeat. The city had some good stories but it was ultimately too small for a final area

The gameplay itself is incredible, it's just the story that's bad lol.

Third one's gameplay was damn good, it just made me want to turn audio and subtitles off.

Bl3 is wonderful for gameplay and animation and art but goddamn did the writing suck, and that's why people are mad.

Bl1 and 2 had just the right balance of good but campy writing, with actual depth to the characters and story. 3 tried too hard at the camp but didn't write any actual character depth. They turned cult classic to garbage you get high and watch in the dorms to make fun of
