Equilibrium: Clerics wrist mags

Various games - Iraqi Reload: A few games have this reload, including Call of Duty and The Finals. I would've put The Finals version here but I couldn't find a gif of it.

Battlefield Hardline - Various reloads: Various guns have a chance for a unique reload, these are two of my favorites.

Battlefield 1 - Double Barrel: The sawed off has a chance to mimic the reload from the Classic Doom double barel reload

Keanu Reeves coined the mag flick reload in the John Wick films.

Not really, it's been a competition technique for a while to ensure the magazine exits quickly and completely. John Wick just popularized it.

The franchise as a whole takes a lot of competition shooting bits and incorporates them into a film. Watch how they move, how they handle their weapons, how they load, then watch how a competition shooter moves, handles, and loads.

It’s almost like…Keanu Reeves trained in competition shooting and is excellent at it.

Because you pointed out obvious, well-known basis of the film. Keanu Reeves, the face of awesome gunplay since The Matrix, famously had a heavy hand in getting it made and attaching literal stunt coordinators to direct it.

So…that was a core principle of the entirety of the film. To point it out at all seems facetious.
