Characters Unique Reloads

Just characters with unique reloads. That's it.

Equilibrium: Clerics wrist mags

Various games - Iraqi Reload: A few games have this reload, including Call of Duty and The Finals. I would've put The Finals version here but I couldn't find a gif of it.

Battlefield Hardline - Various reloads: Various guns have a chance for a unique reload, these are two of my favorites.

Battlefield 1 - Double Barrel: The sawed off has a chance to mimic the reload from the Classic Doom double barel reload

Grenadier: Hohoemi no Senshi? Never seen it, but that's what google tells me.

Its okay. Its like if you took Trigun, added boobs and removed the narrative. The reload is its best addition to pop culture.

Its like a 5/10.

Ah, I doubt I'll be checking it out then, thanks for the quick review.

It's not bad, but not really good either. Distinctly a "meh" shonen fanservice anime. Has a decent storyline and a couple character arcs. As SirFluffyBottom said above, it's distinctly "acceptable" territory all around. No real weak points, but also nothing overly good or interesting beyond that reload. For it's era the fight choreography is mildly impressive.

Not what anybody ever watches the show for, but I unironically believe that due to some particular quirks in its production, Grenadier stumbled into one of the strongest relationship dynamics I've ever seen between leads in an anime.

I'd honestly give it a 6. The fights are well choreographed and the animation quality is better than 60% of the slop that the industry puts out these days.

Is it fanservicey? Yeah, but for a show that has a premise built around fanservice, it's rather tame compared to your average modern 12 episode isekai.

A shining example of the early-2000s "save it for the finale" budget allocation, most of the fight animation isn't anything special, mostly carried by excellent key posing.

However, the duels in the finale showcase bursts of fluid choreography and complicated shot framing that hold up over 20 years later.

Also, the infamous reload looks like a shoo-in for stock animation, but IIRC, that specific sequence was only reused once. Every other instance is unique, and contextual.
