Characters Unique Reloads

Just characters with unique reloads. That's it.

Equilibrium: Clerics wrist mags

Various games - Iraqi Reload: A few games have this reload, including Call of Duty and The Finals. I would've put The Finals version here but I couldn't find a gif of it.

Battlefield Hardline - Various reloads: Various guns have a chance for a unique reload, these are two of my favorites.

Battlefield 1 - Double Barrel: The sawed off has a chance to mimic the reload from the Classic Doom double barel reload

The books describe his ability to reload as a kind of meditative technique that he does automatically. It's a good read.

That's an understatement.

I didn't really liked the last three books, amd I absolutely hated the ending, but the first four was a masterpiece!

I will defend the ending till the day I die, it is actually perfect

Same. I loved the ending. Book 4 was my favourite but I appreciate how he went all in on the batshit crazy meta stuff in the last 3 books lol

It's certainly a wild departure, but he commits fully which helps it go down smoother.

I didn’t love it on my first reading. 3 trips around Kah’s wheel and I love that shit.

I can't imagine disliking a 7 book series and having the commitment to try again.

The wind through the keyhole was good too, but I also found the ending to be trash

I couldn't get past the point that Stephen King the author showed up as a character

I agree, but King is far from the Author for Everyone. He writes good reads, but that's it. It's important to remember how divisive some of his opinions are, and for good reason.

Who asked about his opinions?

That scene in the first book with him in the town square fighting his way out and the way it was described is what made me fall in love with the character

An excellent read. Too bad they never made a movie out of it.

I saw Idris Elba and Matthew McConaughey and I got so fucking excited.  :(

I saw Idris and thought there would definitely need to be some creative liberties taken with Detta

Of course, but we would have to pray that it even got that far first. And normally since you brought it up I would be upset that they tried to change his race, but honestly if any actor could have pulled off Roland Idris was the guy. I can't think of a Caucasian actor that I would approve.

Daniel Day Lewis, Clint Eastwood 20 years ago, Timothy Olyphant in 10 years. Roland is old and grizzled from wandering the wastes

Clint Eastwood, despite being the obvious inspiration for the character, never impressed me. Personal preference. I don't know who Daniel Lewis is, but Timothy Olyphant would get my vote a 1000 times

Daniel Day Lewis is considered amongst one of the best actors ever. Starred in the last of the Mohicans, there will be blood, gangs of New York, and many more. You definitely have some awesome movies to watch from his filmography

No probably not. I just looked him up and I haven't seen him because I have never seen a single thing he was in, because I wasn't interested in any of it. To each their own.

If he can play the butcher in gangs of New York with that much charisma and also play a serious and scary reclusive 1900s oil tycoon then he would crush the role of Roland. Don’t discount the films because they’re 20-30 years old.

Absolutely. Listened to all of the audio books. Love The Dark Tower series.
