For those that might have missed it.

I've been on a Thelemic adjacent path for the path couple of years and I think I've gotten quite a bit out of the reading and meditation practices. I was also raised Catholic so the ceremonial aspects are sort of familiar.

My partner was raised without any kind of religious associations but is a naturalist at heart. She's shown interest in growing her spiritual side. I know Crowley's writings and most of the Crowley inspired stuff I enjoy would be a turn off. Too analytical, too many numbers and abstractions right at the outset.

Does anyone know of anything with a more naturalistic vibe but with a similar end goal of K&C, whether it's called that or not. The closest I can think of is Wicca but I don't know that well enough at all to really recommend it.

When under the influence of DMT and other substances I seem to be doing motions that resemble or are ritualistic in nature. Anyone else experiencing this while on hallucinogens?

Alright so my HGA has been coming to me in my dreams, and is really riding my "goat."

I dont get nightmares, instead I get deep dives into my own consciousness and spirituality.

My HGA uses this to communicate freely, and to be frank, she's been on my ass about doing "what brings balance" to the scales.

I was laid off from a brewery right after a funeral, and was about to toss my workplace's key into a river. Then every night she'd come to my dreams, and remind me of the damn key and how to restore balance.

I gave the key back to my ex-boss, despite my feelings towards him... Told him to keep my last check and put it to my tab, then left with a 4pk of beer from the free beer for staff.

Maybe now I will sleep better.

I want to make a planetary amulet, with the energy of all seven planets to use on a daily basis. Well, I don't have many physical resources, but I have my Will to make it happen. So, I present to you all, the most minimalist planetary altar that someone can make!

I just got done reading the chapters in magick without tears “my theory of astrology” and “how to learn the practice of astrology” and I really need to gain better knowledge of astrology and planetary aspects. So any suggested books would be greatly appreciated.

Last Tuesday, I picked up a 2pk of joints from a dispensary after a physical.

I smoked one when I got home and saved the later for the night.

When 11pm came around, I went outside and did the Lesser Banishing Ritual of the Pentagram. Then I invoked Nuit under the stars. After invoking, I prayed to her openly while smoking my joint. I declared my love for the experience and requested for more moments of pleasure with Nuit in this existence, as well as hope and some peace.

After my joint was gone, I was surrounded by our farm cats, then I closed my prayer with the ol'amen. Went inside and meditated.

The next day, I got a phone call from a place I interviewed at, I got the job.

I share this experience with you all, in hopes that you too will have an extraordinary result.

Then, I was an atheist and there was a new label I could attach to myself, a believer in nothing.

None of that matters.

Nothing is the same as God.

I have a will to pursue. I have reason in order to plan. I have emotions to know what is right.

I see that people worship Inanna, Ishtar, Astarte, Aphrodite, Isis (Aset), etc in Thelema. (well depends who you ask. But theists will)

But what about going to the gates of hell if you will?

What does thelema say about goddesses like

Hel, Kali, The Morrigan, Ereshkigal, Lilith, etc

I live on Long Island, NY and wondering if there are any local contact? I am working towards applying to A.A. And hopefully attending a Gnostic Mass in the city shortly but would love to know if anyone on the island has a small study group or would like to connect?

Made a cool discovery. So just did resh of Tum. The planetary hour was mercury and the day is Saturn. Mercury which is the path of Beth. Mercury holds a numerical value of 48 and Saturn holds 713 and add that together we get 761 which also is the numerical value of the term Great is Teshuvah and teshuvah means Repentence, a return. And return is exactly what it feels like today goodbye to tum. I always feel like it’s a good bye with Tum. And The common name Atum mean Finish or complete. I always count Khephra in my personal experience as more well hidden and less involved. Like they feel overarching. It ask the question of if this is good progress as I have only recently started using planetary ideas and their numerical value to help me glean the effectiveness of rituals.
