AEW Related BREAKING:

Edge has announced 2027 will be his final year as a Professional Wrestler and looks to claim the AEW World Title before all is said and done!

Do you guys want Edge to have a retirement tour similar to Cena? One more World title run? Since he never lost the belt in 2011 when he had to retire the first time? 👀

That’s weird

Why?

Seeing the aging legend turn back the clock but ultimately falling short is high drama! He’s retiring because his time is up, winning the championship isn’t what a person who’s retiring does. Putting over the champion is what a pro wrestling company books.

Because underdog stories are great. Ever seen the Rocky movies?

I’ve seen them all, 4 and 5 in the theatre. Look if they booked Edge to win there’s a way to do it and have it work but even if it does seeing the aging legend take the champion to the limit but ultimately succumbing to Father Time is better.
