I felt bad for Miles. Their kids too.
I would watch a prequel with a younger Miles meeting his wife for the first time in college or something..... Maybe they meet and bond over the latest TV news of some odd muscular guy who speaks with an Aussie accent and is after Sarah Connors.
Could be a sci fi rom com. Maybe Miles is trying to get his "intentions" across with his invented devices and gizmo - thus laying the ground work for his future Skynet stuff.

I love Terminator, but something I've never really understood is why John Connor is treated like some kind of military genius who's single-handedly responsible for saving humanity.
I mean, what exactly did he do that was so groundbreaking?
He's fighting an AI that's controlling an entire army of killing machines. How much strategy can a human realistically bring to that fight?
"Alright guys, shoot the fucking robots. Blow up their factories. Try not to die."
Like, seriously. What could John Connor have figured out that literally nobody else could? Set up ambushes? Use explosives? Organize attacks? Isn't that just basic military strategy?
I get that he's a leader and a symbol of hope, but Skynet considers this ONE GUY such an enormous threat that it literally invents time travel to kill him before he's born.
What the fuck was John Connor doing that made him THAT dangerous?
I'm genuinely curious if there's an actual explanation in the lore, because I've never really understood what makes him so irreplaceable.

I’ve always loved the Atari Portfolio scene in T2, so I built an add-on for mine that lets me talk to a SKYNET-inspired assistant.
It talks back, can describe things through a small camera, and plays synthwave radio. Probably an unnecessary feature for starting the robot uprising, but I wanted it anyway.
The original keyboard and screen still work as the interface. Everything extra is inside the little enclosure I designed and printed.
Here’s a video of it working:

i’m still learning how to post on Reddit but I guess it can only be one video at a time here’s a little compilation of a terminator endoskull I’m finishing up for my 1:1 build. Eyes (not picture are modified with deep groves and negative space for glass cabochon with metal mesh. ) and i added mostly metal jaw pistons that can articulate ( I actually just decided to get the other movie replicate part castes in metal and just make a bunch of sets for my future 1:1 projects. But thought i’d share because everyone can appreciate a nice endoskull 😎

Hi everyone,
I'm a massive, lifelong Terminator collector based in Wisconsin, USA. I recently found out about the official "The Terminator" Hazy IPA released by Neon Raptor Brewing Co. in the UK, but due to US alcohol import and customs restrictions, I can't get the actual beer shipped here.
Since I just want the awesome artwork for my memorabilia shelf, I am looking to buy an empty, rinsed-out can from anyone in the UK who has access to it.
I am more than happy to cover the full cost of international shipping to the US, plus a bit extra for your time and trouble.
Collector's request: If you haven't opened the can yet, it would be amazing if you could drain it by punching a small hole in the bottom so the top pull-tab stays intact for display, but I will happily take a regularly opened can too! Please send me a DM if you can help a fellow fan out. Thanks so much!

Bought this resin print off ebay at a very reasonable price. Thought I'd share as it blows the original Sculpt out of the water. Included some pics of the original head for comparison.

Was it ever explained in any terminator novels or games about how these resistance fighters even managed to get any sort of food? I mean you could say that they probably did scavenge some food at the start of the war, but then those type of solutions wouldn’t last long.
You could also say that they did farming but the problem is, but from what we’ve seen from the flashbacks it doesn’t sound plausible especially with how ruined the landscapes are.

Rewatching the first Terminator, and one thing that always cracks me up is how slowly he moves.
During the police station shootout, he's just casually strolling around like he's got all the time in the world. There's absolutely no sense of urgency.
The only time I remember him actually running is when he chased Sarah and Kyle out of Tech Noir.
He's literally a killing machine programmed to complete a mission, so why does he spend 90% of the movie walking around like he's out for an evening stroll?
Is there an actual explanation for this, or is it purely to make him look more intimidating?

Are you ready for the deepest of deep dives? That's what @CREATORVCLIVE is known for and what they intend to do for Cameron's T1 and T2!
Today I'm joined by friend of the podcast, author, and writer/director lan Nathan. He is the author of TERMINATOR VAULT and JAMES CAMERON: A RETROSPECTIVE as well as the director of ALIENS EXPANDED and the upcoming TERMINATOR EXPANDED, which is the focus of this episode.

Hi guys,
Recently released a podcast where I make the argument that The Terminator is a (great) horror film, and I'd love to hear any opinions on the matter.
This week we are dissecting James Cameron and Gale Anne Hurd's fantastic TERMINATOR screenplay and comparing it to the iconic film...
Thank y'all for taking the time to read this :)
