We've been watching a pattern unfold in this sub and it needs to be addressed directly. his post isn't here to silence anyone, it's here to remind everyone what this community was build for and what it will not tolerate going forward.
Criticism is allowed not negativity if you believe the later should be allowed we propose you leave.
CRITICISM ≠ HATRED, AND WE KNOW THE DIFFERENCE
You are absolutely welcome to criticize the show, its writing, its direction, its characters. That is valid engagement. What is not valid is wrapping contempt for other fans inside the language of "just being critical." If your post or comment is designed to make someone feel stupid for enjoying something, that is not criticism. That is targeted negativity, and it will be treated as such.
STOP LABELLING PEOPLE FOR LIKING THINGS
This sub was made for people who watch and enjoy this show. Calling someone fake, pretentious, or an andh bhakt because they liked something - an episode, the editing, the fact that the budget has visibly increased, is not a critique. It is condescension, plain and simple. People are allowed to appreciate what they appreciate without being mocked for it. You do not get to decide what is and isn't worth enjoying, and you certainly don't get to make someone feel small for pointing out something positive. That behaviour will not be tolerated here.
CRITICIZE THE SHOW, NOT THE PEOPLE WATCHING IT
Your right to criticize ends at the show itself. You do not have the right to go after people who are enjoying it. Disagreeing with someone's take is fine. Mocking them, condescending to them, or implying they lack intelligence for liking something, is not. Crossing that line will get you pushback, and you need to take it like a champ. Don't come crying to the sub about a "bubble" or a "toxic fanbase" when people call you out for behaviour you started. If it continues after that, it will get you removed.
THE "I'M LEAVING THE SHOW" POSTS NEED TO STOP
If the show has become so unwatchable that you feel the need to announce your departure repeatedly - why are you still here? You are allowed to stop watching. You are allowed to be disappointed. But using this sub as a platform to constantly perform your exit is disruptive to everyone who is still actively engaging with the show. If you've truly checked out, check out. If you haven't, then engage, but drop the theatrics.
And one more thing - if someone is telling you to stop watching after a while, it might not always be dismissiveness. Sometimes it is coming from a genuinely concerned place. If you are visibly miserable every single time you engage with this show, people around you are going to notice and wonder why you are still putting yourself through it. That is a fair question. Why are you? Take your health seriously. Check out and Come back when you're ready to pick it up. We will be waiting.
IF YOUR POSTS KEEP GETTING HARSH REACTIONS, REFLECT ON THAT
Several users have said they feel "scared" to post because of how people respond to them. We take that seriously, but we also ask you to take a hard, honest look at your own pattern. If every post you make receives the same frustrated pushback from multiple different people, the issue may not be the sub. It may be your tone. It may be that you're posting the same complaints repeatedly and people are exhausted from explaining the same things over and over. Hiding behind "I'm just scared to post" while continuing to post inflammatory takes is not a good-faith position.
REPETITIVE NEGATIVITY WILL BE MODERATED
There is a difference between one well-articulated critical post and the same complaint posted three times a week in different wording. The latter clogs the sub, exhausts the community, and adds nothing new to the conversation. If you've said it before and it didn't land, posting it again isn't persistence - it's spam. We will start removing repetitive low-effort negativity posts going forward.
THIS SUB IS NOT A SPACE TO VENT AT FANS
Frustration with a show is valid. Frustration with other fans is also understandable. But this sub is not your outlet for either. Posts and comments that exist purely to vent anger at people who enjoy the show will be removed without warning. The moment your target shifts from the show to the people watching it, you've crossed a line.
To be clear about where we stand:
Criticism of the show → always welcome.
Negativity directed at fans → not tolerated.
Constructive debate → encouraged.
Calling out someone's tone respectfully → fine.
Calling someone fake, pretentious or andh bhakt for enjoying something → grounds for a ban.
We want this to be a sub where genuine fans can talk freely, the enthusiastic ones, the critical ones, and everyone in between. That only works if everyone extends basic respect to each other.
