Why so much zinc? Are you deficient and/or balancing with copper? I believe the ideal ratio is somewhere around 10:1 Zinc:Copper, but someone can correct me if

Yes, I know it’s a lot, but I take it every other day.

Read that too much zinc can be harmful. For a man the highest level to take daily is between 30-40 no higher.

It's important checking the complete Supplement Facts labels, not just the supplement names. Different products can contain additional ingredients, and the actual amounts aren't always obvious from the product name.

In your picture, have you checked what's the actual zinc dose? The usual adult upper limit is 40 mg/day from food and supplements combined. Long-term excessive zinc can interfere with copper absorption, but be cautious about assuming that a fixed zinc-to-copper ratio automatically prevents problems.

I also noticed both magnesium glycinate and a D3 product containing magnesium. Have you calculated the total elemental magnesium from both?

I run a similar stack but I do

L-Tyrosine - first thing in the morning with a glass of water ( also just got my wife taking L-Tyrosine and she has text me 3 separate times thanking me and saying he brain fog and focus is night and day )

Fish Oil, D3+K2, Zinc, P5P B6- Mid day or when I get home from work

Beet Root Powder, Taurine- Evening , like 30min before I work out

Magnesium Glycinate, Creatine, L-Theanine, and Glycine ( I know it’s redundant with the Mag-Glycinate but it helps sleep better)

Mostly my stack is focused on better sleep and mental focus during the day and recovery as well as muscle and bone health and also focused heavily on keeping my testosterone up and blood flow (IYKYK) cause I’m in my late 30s but I tell you this since I’ve taken this snack. My wife is very very happy with my nightly performances, if you know what I mean lol

How has it helped you outside of brain fog and focus?

My morning routine tends to be L-Tyro and the water first thing when I wake up and I make my coffee, but then I don’t generally drink my coffee until I get to work which is about 45-an hour later, I definitely feel awake but not like tweky. Also good for dopamine production

How to Manage or Prevent L-Tyrosine Headaches
Lower the Dose: Reduce your daily intake or start with a smaller amount (such as 500 mg) to let your body adjust. [1, 2]
Take with Food: Consuming the supplement with a small meal can lessen stomach upset and smooth out absorption. [1, 2]
Stay Hydrated: Drink plenty of water when taking amino acid or nootropic supplements. [1]
Check Interactions: L-tyrosine can interact with MAOIs, thyroid medications, and certain prescription drugs that influence neurotransmitters.

I always get D3 with K2 (Sports Research offers the combo). I haven't heard of L-Teanina, something for me to look into. By the way, where is your Creatine?!

Perfect. 50 zinc won’t hurt you. Drink it with some amazing grass alkalize and detox powder in the morning. Glycinate increases anxiety in some.

Be careful with all of that zinc. Copper deficiency is no fun. Be extremely careful.
