EDIT TO ADD It has been brought to my attention that occasionally piercers will stretch once immediately after stretching. I don't know much about that specific practice because i was pierced at 12g and not stretched right away.

My goal size is 20mm but I'm so broke that all I can afford is the caps of pens. Piercing is just way to expensive for me to bother doing it safely. Recently, my local craft store caught me stealing the caps from the pens. They knew it was me because of my lobes. I had to put some back. Doesn't matter, I'm on the next size anyway. Even if they are still hurt and swollen

Does anyone have any alternatives? I'm thinking my old metal straws could be good or maybe the tops of perfume bottles,

10mm stretched with premium quality acrylic. may have gone a little fast but I need to be at 25mm by the end of this year. Any advice?

I have 7 stretched piercings. Due to my ears (3 in each) having a very angry reaction whenever I am exposed to mold, (very allergic, mold allergies are *weird*) I had to downsize my ears. And yes, I did wake up and tear apart my kitchen until I found it. I am a literal human mold detector. Anyway, 2 of them in each ear are now back at my goal sizes today. Didn't even really feel it when I stretched them. Yay. Back at most of my goal sizes!

Anyway, it's a few hours later, and I no longer have a constant snot drip, but I can feel the stretch in my teeth. Is that normal?
