Support Rhythmic Lag Spikes

Hi.

I use a NIC (i5-12600H) with bazzite.

My main PC has an i9 13900k and rtx4090.

Everything is set up with lan and gigabit switches. Lan cables are cat7 in wall and cat8 for all endpoints.

Most of the time it works. Sometime I get rhythmic Lag Spikes. Everything stutters for a bit and is then back to being buttery smooth.

Monitor shows me that red and blue line are spiking, yellow line is steady.

No moonlight is not a solution for me. :(

Any ideas?

I find steam is very bad in general with remote play, cant seem to get it to work perfectly either

I think I found the solution. Played the whole evening without lag spikes.

Intel(R) System Usage Report is the culprit. Just ended the task in taskmanager while it was happening on host PC and spikes immediately stopped!

To get rid of that programm uninstall Intel Computing Improvement Program.
