Dam, they managed to release a beta with half the features of a launcher that has a tenth of the features Steam has

Next up: Our launcher now launches ten times as fast as the other guy. Some features, like being able to buy or launch games, aren't available yet.

I, too, can make a static webpage that's simply a bunch of game capsule art. Take that Epic Games.
