What, they want humans to report the bugs? For free? Why aren't they asking AI to do it instead? They're paying for it already.

I mean this was pretty much already a standard before AI too.

(edit: just in case - this is meant to be a critique of non-existent QA which precedes AI boom and AI boom made it even worse)

Yes it was, and I get your point.

What I meant was since they're touting how amazing AI is, why do they still want human labor for just this aspect? Is it because it's free? Do humans still actually do a better job? Is the only reason to vibe code is to avoid paying humans for their effort?

I think Sweeney may have a fetish about getting insulted for his work, just look at the comments on his twitter, AI may not give him satisfaction
