Discussion Steam winter sales

I am thinking of becoming a "land lubber" as to say and I am waiting for the steam winter sale to make up my mind so what kind of deals did you all had in the past events?

I generally find it best to wishlist anything im remotely interested in to see if I find a sale adequate. Otherwise the front page of Steam seems pretty good at showing you what you probably wanna see. Best to just figure out how much you want to spend and see what catches your eye. Sales dont seem as good as they once were though imo probably due to base prices increasing. I typically just get one or 2 things i would've payed full price for at a discount instead of buying 5 to 10 games like I used to do.

I bought Persona 4, 5 and Dishonor GOTY last Winter Sales, all very cheap. That's what I remember. I think I also bought few other 90-95% discount games too, but I forgot the names.
