Only needing to answer to Gabe and themselves and not corporate investors mean they can do what is needed

Steam support is top notch but at this point Isis has better customer support than sony and microsoft.

I once had PlayStation support tell me that a game being in a subscription meant it was free and I would still have it when the subscription ended. And this was before AI. I still think about this person, and question what rock they have been in to know about PlayStation and work for them but don’t know how…. Subscriptions work….

I told them about my L1 button on my Steam Deck falling apart and I got a "sucks to be you" response, so I wouldn't count on it.
