Where to play football in Metro Manila? Preferably where I can learn how to play football as well.
I am looking for a welcoming community as I am an absolute beginner and a girl in her 20s 😆

Hi! 30ish female just started learning basketball. I joined 3 open runs already and looking to get better. Problem is that there's no nearby court I can practice.
Anyone knows any training/camp/sessions where I can be taught the basics: ball handling/shooting/playmaking either group or private training?

It is strange that with the looming lockout in MLB next year, 3 of the 4 remaining teams are in the bottom third of the payrolls. But I guess, it won't matter if Dodgers three-peat.
My personal bias though, Guardians vs Dodgers in WS. And Cleveland shocking everyone.
edit: LCS sa title

Do you think maglalaro na ba si Dwight sa PBA anytime soon.

Recently a friend of mine has been complaining about her chest aching. She's been playing volleyball for around 8 years now, nothing professional, but she sometimes joins liga/tournaments in our barangay. I always thought that dives were the primary reason for her aching chest.
To all volleyball athletes there, can I ask do you experience same problems? if so, what were your preventive measures before/after the game?
Thank you, I hope you can answer my post with respect. :)

Jeus Gabriel Derick “Jace” Yape wins gold in the mixed individual virtual taekwondo event at the 2026 Asian Games, securing the Philippines’ fourth gold medal of the Games.
The victory makes the 22-year-old Filipino the first-ever Asian Games champion in virtual taekwondo, with the discipline making its debut as an official medal event at Aichi-Nagoya 2026. The mixed individual competition features male and female athletes competing in the same event using virtual reality headsets and motion-tracking technology.
It is Yape’s second medal in two days. Just a day earlier, he won bronze in the men’s individual poomsae with a score of 9.0900 in his first Asian Games appearance. He now leaves his debut Asian Games with both a gold and bronze medal for the Philippines. 🇵🇭🥇🥉
