Hi! 30ish female just started learning basketball. I joined 3 open runs already and looking to get better. Problem is that there's no nearby court I can practice.

Anyone knows any training/camp/sessions where I can be taught the basics: ball handling/shooting/playmaking either group or private training?

Position- 3 or 4

Playstyle- slasher and i do jump a lot

Height- 5'10

Weight- 76kg

Shoe size- 9.5 US

Foot type- Normal/ Flat footed

Budget- 10k or below

Good for both outdoor( rubber finish), indoor( wood)

Can anyone suggest a best basketball shoes that fits my playstyle, planning to comeback after 5 years.

Tried shoes- PG1, 361 pro v5, KD trey 5

Is it possible pa po ba na gumaling or matuto sa basketball at my age. 5'10 po ako. noon nakikipaglaro lang po ako ng shoot shoot pero never actually play ng 5v5. I want to try those papawis game sa mga post sa fb. Also recommend shoes na affordable. Thank you

Recently a friend of mine has been complaining about her chest aching. She's been playing volleyball for around 8 years now, nothing professional, but she sometimes joins liga/tournaments in our barangay. I always thought that dives were the primary reason for her aching chest.

To all volleyball athletes there, can I ask do you experience same problems? if so, what were your preventive measures before/after the game?
