Je suis plutôt introverti au premier abord, mais une fois à l’aise, j’adore rigoler, discuter de tout et de rien et faire des choses spontanées !

Je suis quelqu’un de très curieux, avec pas mal de centres d’intérêt : l’art, la musique, la cuisine, les jeux vidéo, le shopping, découvrir de nouveaux endroits, tester des activités… J’aimerai aller à la salle de sport pour avoir des pectoraux ahah car je suis quelqu’un de mince…. ou découvrir de nouvelles activités, même partir un week-end dans une autre région ! Je suis assez ouvert à tout et toujours partant pour découvrir quelque chose de nouveau !

L’idée, c’est surtout de rencontrer des gens sympas, sans prise de tête, avec qui partager de bons moments et créer de vraies amitiés.

Bonjour tout le monde je suis un homme de 22 ans et j’ai repris la musculation j’aimerai allez à la salle plus souvent mais parfois c’est difficile d’avoir la motivation et la discipline, au début j’avais un ami qui venais avec moi et c’était super bien à deux ! Juste le fait de savoir qu’on va faire du sport à la même heure tôt le matin ça donne envie d’y aller ! Si quelqu’un est partant, je suis inscrit à Basic fit et je suis proche du 13eme !

I'm honestly not having much hope for this one, but it doesn't cost much to try (aside from the time spent writing this post (but then again, writing text walls is kinda my thing, so it's fine))!

I'm a local, living in the suburbs (28M btw), and among my various hobbies and passions, I have a particular fondness for traditional/folk music from around the world. There is something special about traditional music, about how it takes part in transmitting a story, a heritage, across time, about music from each region/culture having its own colors and codes, about what different languages bring to a music, ..., that really appeals to me. And it's honestly a passion I struggle to share with people, because it's not something people are usually interested in (and I respect it).
Still, I live this passion by discovering, listening and often also singing/playing music from various regions and in various languages. I'm more familiar with Celtic music (particularly Irish and Breton music), Occitan music, music from the Balkans, Greek music a lot, Turkish music, ... But I'm not limited to those (I know some Sicilian, Galician, Spanish, Persian, Arabic or even Kazakh songs)!

And I'm already happy to be able to explore this passion on my own. But honestly, I would really love to find similar-minded souls who also share a love for traditional music around the world.
For this reason, I'm looking for anyone, amateur or professional, who would like to share this passion by playing/singing trad world music together. It doesn't have to be from the regions I'm already familiar with. Maybe you're familiar with other type of folk/trad music you'd like to share, and I'm sure I would be down to discover. Maybe you would like to discover some trad genres that I'm familiar with and you're not. Anything !! I would love to discover as much as I would love to make others discover.
I'm myself mostly singing, but I can also play irish flute, and accordeon (but it's honestly a pain in the ass to bring my accordeon in Paris).
And I'm not seeking to create any serious professional project. It's all in a very amateur vibe. I'm myself purely amateur, my job is tech related ahahaha, so no pressure! The idea is to meet, find songs we would like to play, play together, have fun, I don't know! Honestly, finding people sharing the same kind of interest would be already so awesome, that it doesn't matter that much what we end up doing concretely! I don't have any specific plan right now!

ALSO, I've seen that most post looking for people to play music with don't get much response. So I kinda expect something so niche to not get any success.
And SO, even if you're not a musician yourself, if you just happen to have a similar interest in traditional music and would like to connect, feel free to let me know! I would love finally having friends to share this passion with :)
