You all mock it until you try it. I did too. I throw in carrots and spinach, some olive oil and salt, make a little pouch with parchment paper and microwave for a few minutes. It comes out way better than you would think. Would 100% make this for a date, it’s that good. Though admittedly I would likely try to hide the fact I just cooked with a microwave
