Hello my friends, I consider myself a Sigma main, tho I have an almost equal amount of mastery with other tanks such as Zarya, Hog or D.va.

Sigma is my favorite, I firmly believe he's the most consistent and balanced tank in the game, which is why I find it funny that I struggle to be consistent with him lol

What I mean is, sometimes I have amazing, nearly perfect games with Sigma, and other times I feel like I have 0 impact.

I mainly play 6v6, and I'm GM at the moment. In these lobbies, sometimes I feel like the other tank is doing all the heavy lifting and I'm just not as impactful as I should be. I don't really play 5v5 on tank that much, but I peaked Masters 3 if I remember correctly (also, I just came back from OW in season 4, after not playing for a couple of years hehe).

So, I'd like to know your best tips for becoming more consistent on Sigma and what are the worst/best matchups or maps, the game has changed a LOT in the last couple of years and I'm still adapting and re-learning some of the basics again.

I have been seeing sigma's pop Shield then after a few seconds pop orb to eat bullets while still behind shield is this the strat or is this dumb as I usually drop shield and then orb then shield again. Sorry for crap text I have gloves on.

Like I have never seen a hardest counter in a tank vs tank matchup as sigma vs rein. Do I just have to give up every single space possible on def and just keep him from advancing? Most reins are gonna try and brute force their way in and I just have to keep backing up and then get pinned.

Do I just have to keep rein in check and just target him to discourage him from just walking over me and shooting his barrier? The only advantage you have is maybe your floaty perk but on flat maps is almost useless.

I didn't have 7 deaths till later after the 4th chat, let alone I had more than 7 kills too, so was he reading his stats?

I wanna learn sigma but idk what perks are best I’ve been using memetic cycle and hyper strike

Hi, I’m not a Sigma main, I just wanted to share this so that all of the other Sigma mains could react to this, I’m a maximum level 3 on him. But when trying to sleep I just heard “WHAT IS THAT MELODY” and thought that I should share this because I’m getting an accurate Sigma experience. I find this so funny though I am a tiny bit concerned that I’m hearing character’s ultimates but whateverrr..

I’m usually in the 38-40k range, but I was stoked about this. 81 players protected. This was in regular competitive.

Im 1000 comp points away from being able to get his weapon variant and im leaning towards his gold variant more but I wanna know what looks best in game (since you cant try weapon variants in the practice range, which is stupid)
