[PC] If you've read my previous post, i've narrowed down to 3 games.
I have a few crazy thoughts so bare with me. I've narrowed my choices down to 3, Tarkov, GZW or Active matter.
Tarkov: Im scared that this game might outlive the newer Extraction shooters. I like how this game looks overall and Im willing to purchase it's highest edition.
GZW: I find the movement a little bit clanky. I believe a beefy rig is needed for this? I see so much potential with their future updates.
Active matter: This is too new for me to even judge, so i need your opinions on it. But so far, I really like the movement, the gun play and how the game looks overall.

Ive played all 3 of these and personally id say gzw but I dont know if your trying to play pvp ot pve. With gzw you have the choice and the next update is coming soon. But honestly unless your hankering for a new game gzw goes on sale semi regularly and thats when I got it on 30% off

I have almost 3000 hours in Tarkov and I'm still on the standard edition. The extra stash space is very welcome, but quests have been made more easy in the last few patches. So I would reecommend getting the cheapest version and see if you actually like the game first, before diving all in. You can always upgrade later on.
P.S. Check your hardware. Tarkov is very heavy on your CPU and runs best with X3D processors. I personally have an x5900, 32 GB ram and a RTX 3080 and the biggest map Streets of Tarkov still performs pretty bad from time to time for me.

I would avoid GZW. I have it. 265k, 3080 with 43 gb ram on an NVME drive. Runs MUCH better now and you dont need a NASA pc to run it anymore. But it just feels... empty to me. Shooting doesnt feel impactful and the AI drives me up a wall. The idea of the game and update trailers get me excited, i play it for a few hours and forget for another 6 months until the cycle repeats.
Tarkov is great, PvP has cheaters or too many desync issues that get annoying. But IMO the PVE is GREAT. Also kind of demanding/not well optimized on certain maps.
Active matter i am unsure but agree it looks promising.

Active Matter is awesome in both PvE + PvPvE, gets regular updates, and the devs are great in acknowledging player feedback. Seems to have a very promising future ahead of it.
I had written up a ton of my initial thoughts on the game back when I played the free Xbox demo throughout June and nearly all of that is still relevant now with the game being in full release.

Does it have to be extraction shooter because Wardogs is amazing and brought me back to FPS games.

Tarkov is easily the best game you’ve listed. You could easily spend thousands of hours playing it and not get bored. It is pretty performance hungry though so make sure you’ve got a decent pc. Lots of optimization you can do yourself though in the settings.
