Nag wait ako for more than 2 hrs para makausap yung human agent sa shopee regarding this, sabi nila ay wala talaga sa account nila and pinapa contact sakin ang gcash to check, eh nabawas na nga sa gcash ko kanina pa and may email na rin akong na receive, pero hindi pa rin nag re-reflect sa spay at hindi pa rin daw ako bayad. What should I do?

Shopee Express is sht. I ordered an iPad valued around 30k. I knew risky talaga shipping sa Pinas, lalo na Shopee Express.

The parcel arrived at the hub 5AM. Expected ko deployment na for delivery mga 8AM, usually kasi eto yung first batch based on my experience.

This time, matagal natengga sa hub yung item. I waited anxiously.

Pagdating ng item, eto yung box na dumating. May cut sa gilid para di masira shopee seal and waybill.

When I unboxed the package, nasa loob naman yung iPad but looks like it was also repackaged including yung bubble wrap. Too bad sealed yung iPad, so baka di tinuloy palitan yung laman kasi di nila madadaya. Also, sobrang luwag nung box, as in yung gilid ng iPad box parang sinubukang buksan.

Very thankful na may laman but last na ito. Never again. Grabe nakakatakot.

I reported this to Shopee, not sure if may gagawin sila. Palpak naman sila overall kasi.

I am extremely disappointed with how Lazada Philippines has handled my refund dispute and Merchandise Protection claim.

I purchased an item through Lazada, only to discover that it was not functioning properly. I contacted the seller for assistance, but they failed to provide meaningful help or respond to my messages. I therefore filed a refund request and submitted evidence of the item's malfunction.

What followed was months of delays. I waited two weeks for a courier to collect the item, but nobody arrived. I raised a dispute and repeatedly followed up before the item was finally collected. It then took approximately two months for the returned item to reach the seller, followed by several more weeks of waiting.

After all that, my refund was rejected on the grounds of "not enough proof."

When I contacted Lazada's live support, I was told to contact the seller, despite the seller's lack of communication being the very reason I had raised a dispute. I was passed between agents, and one agent even ended the conversation without resolving my concerns.

I also purchased Merchandise Protection. However, when I attempted to file a claim through the Lazada-provided link and PGA Sompo's own website, I encountered the error "Failed to load claim types," preventing me from proceeding. I have already emailed PGA Sompo about this issue.

At present, I have returned the item, received no refund, and been unable to proceed with the insurance claim. I have spent months trying to resolve this through the appropriate channels, yet I still have no satisfactory resolution.

This is probably the final time I'll be using Lazada

This is the first time this kind of thing happened to me, which came as a bit of a shock. I am from Central Luzon and usually, if I place an order today, it will arrive the next day. I was actually expecting na dadating agad yung order ko since I also need it na. Then I checked my orders if it's already out for delivery. Nagulat ako, hindi pa out for delivery isa sa orders ko. Pagtrack ko, ganito yung bumungad. Iniikot pa pala yung Luzon kaya hanggang ngayon wala pa.

So I’ve been trying to pay my Sloan since yesterday using the Maribank which I always use when I pay it. And it’s always instantly credited to my account.
