He's on IR at the NHL level (presumably for his existing knee injury). He'll go to CV once he's healthy.

Transition, zone exits/re-entry, tipped/screened shots, PP/PK at practice today.

Lambert stopped practice at one point and got loud about lack of movement during the cycle (pretty sure it was 5v5 at that point). It's hard to hear with the echoes, but one choice word stood out above the others. There was a grumpy shimmy in there too. Honestly, kinda funny.

Side note: In the early part of the practice when I was up close, Ben Meyers was burying basically every shot he took (aside from one very good Joey save). It was like 5-6 in a row on Joey from what I saw. Don't think too much of that, just something I noticed.

I expected to see Stephenson in the No. 1 spot (again) in the "most overpaid" list, but I didn't expect another Kraken at No. 4.

The worst part of the Stephenson contract was drafting center after center after center to get stuck behind him forever.
