Sourdough hamburger buns made with weak wheat flour (10% of protein), sourdough starter, milk, cream, water, eggs, sugar and salt. A 100g each.

Inside we have roasted speck, two beef quarterpounders, melted brie and cheddar, cornichon sliced lenghtwise, estragon mustard, salt and black pepper.

First time trying it at home, we tried not to long ago at a Vietnamese, and it was the first time for my wife. She loved so much that we tried to make at home.

Also contains tomato, lettuce, aged strong cheddar, 4cheese mix, mayo and pickles!

Does bacon belong on a PB & J sandwich? If not what would combine better?
