Hi. I have never gone to SDCC and was wondering is it hard purchasing tickets? Like do they usually go pretty quick when they are open to purchase? Thanks

CCI will lock us out of Member ID in advance of the Returning Registration sale. It could be a few hours before; it could be a day before.
You want to check:
- That you remember your Member ID and password. You may not be able to accomplish a password reset during the sale.
- That the grey bar on the left says, "Eligibility: ✔️ Comic-Con 2027 Returning Registration".
- That your email is current and correct. Keep in mind that SDCC emails often don't play nice with gmail accounts.
- That you opted in for emails under both “My Account Information” and “My Communication Settings”. Opt-in is not the default.
- That your payment information is re-loaded and correct. CCI wiped it all out again.
