I’m looking for busier bases hopefully?

Im aware that there are 2 specialisms within the the Control Officer Trade, weapons and air traffic, does the weapons specialism gain any qualifications? eg foundation degrees or full degrees

Im coming up to a year since my ATFL surgery that I had November 2025. I want to request an appeal for my original application rejection due to being Medically Unfit. Im trying to collate as much evidence as possible to make the appeal a success can anyone advise me with anything more I should send over. Here is what I have at the moment:

• GP Letters stating my progress/results throughout the months.

• Private Physiotherapy medical evidence.

• Rugby club physio with further ankle testing results and observations of the full contact matches I have been playing each week.

Is this enough medical evidence to submit or is there anything else I should add to my appeal to make it stronger. Please let me know?

I seem to have lost my p45 so won’t be able to bring it to Halton when I start, is this a big issue?

Unsure entirely on how the new selection process works with the face to face interview. When it says those considered competitive, does this mean I could ‘pass’ the interview but because I didn’t do outstanding or appeal to them in comparison to other applicants I wouldn’t move on to the next stage? Or if I pass will I go to the next stage anyways? Thanks.
