question (NOT support) HBO MAX App Code Question…

Post image

I gave my girl my HBO max login so that she can use my account but she’s having an issue. When she goes to click on the HBO MAX app, hoping that it opens up and it will allow her to put in my email and password..this screen pops up asking for a code. We have no idea what code the HBO MAX app is wanting and/or where it could be bc she hasn’t even got to the part where my account would even generate a code for her to plug in BC SHE HASNT EVEN GOT TO THE SIGN IN PAGE. She’s doesn’t have the firestick, like myself..so she’s going through Roku to access HBO MAX. If anyone has some helpful feedback for me that would be very much appreciated🙏🏽

I just went through this setting up a roku for my mom. Your gf downloaded the wrong app. The one she downloaded is called "hbo max fyc". Delete that app and download the one that is only called "hbo max".
