Specifically La Sierra Ave between Norwood & Nebraska that was redone sometime 2025?

I understand after repaving roads there will be times construction teams will likely need to make cuts to get into the ground again, but for the love of god, why can’t they ever patch the asphalt up EVENLY again ??

Freshly repaved roads become ruined with uneven patches of asphalt, it’s frustrating! I hope others feel similar or their cars are big to the point they don’t notice it enough.
