Idk why there are so many people hacking the game right now, but there are clearly a lot of known ways to hack it, why haven’t they been patched?

I’ve been a casual player for 2 months or so, i’ve been thinking about trying ranked. I see when I create a game there’s an option to limit the maximum level a player can be, just wanted to know if this is something I should do or just leave off for everyone to join?
i’m a beginner obviously and want to get an idea of how ranked differs from casual before i’m going against grand masters lol
