After viability, abortion is LABOR! It's very rarely killing the fetus, that's only in instances where late stage it's going to cause complications or the fetus will suffer. God, republicans love lying about reality.
Further, nobody's doing surgeries or trans care on 5 year olds, teenagers are fully capable of, with their doctors and parents, making informed decisions about themselves!
