They have to make up fake stuff like "post-birth abortion" because the real thing is too unpopular to attack. No one is getting an abortion "after birth" - that's called murder and it's already illegal everywhere.
It's just fear-mongering for votes and they know it.
I remember being told that “they” were throwing living babies away in trash cans and that doctors would lose their licenses if they tried to revive an aborted fetus
