How about the day BEFORE birth? Is it still a woman's choice then? Is it a human then? Is it murder then?

Nobody - and I mean nobody - is getting a “day before birth abortion”

Unless. Something has gone horribly horribly wrong with the baby. At that point, the babies room is painted. They’ve picked out names. This isn’t a “well I just don’t wanna be pregnant” thing.

Like get a grip on reality.

cool opinion, but the truth is that it all depends on how the is law written

The law requires the judgement of the doctor believing it’s medically necessary

Why is it the only arguments ever made from the anti-choice side always involve such absurd sets of parameters that they would never exist in reality? Is it really that hard to find a realistic argument to make against abortion? If a person needs to go to such absurd lengths to try to make a point, perhaps they should rethink their stance on the matter.

No it’s not hard…abortion is always wrong because it’s taking a human life. Quite easy.

Do you think so? How strange... So how do you account for the monstrous spike in pregnancy-related deaths in all these states where abortion no longer exists? Women are dying at an appalling rate now. Is that really worth your idea of saving a handful of cells that you insist is already a "human", or a dead fetus that a doctor is no longer allowed to remove because that falls under the medical procedure of abortion, or allowing a woman to simply bleed to death because, you know, that completely undeveloped "human" that won't be able to survive on it's own without her for months yet must somehow come before the woman that's actually keeping it alive?

And that's not even touching the idea of body autonomy, where you're deciding that a corpse has more rights than a living woman.

Cool opinion, but you don’t just pull up to the hospital and order “1 abortion please, and make it hasty!”

Multiple doctors would need to be involved in this and I don’t think they would risk their medical license on a woman rolling up at 40 weeks being like “nah I changed my mind just kill it”.
